The thing about this video is while I’m watching this I’m sitting right in front of my basement and I feel like somebody’s watching me. I turn around the basement doors open and I see a glowing light.

I know what its like to live in a haunted house. Most important thing is to not let it see you afraid. But of course.. if I saw the woman from The Ring like you did I would’ve 💩 my pants. Mostly for me it was spirits waking me up in the night, yelling in my ear, throwing my leg off the bed.. but I survived by ignoring EVERYTHING and going right back to sleep like “nuh uh.. GURL MAY GOD BLESS YOU, HOPE NOTHING HAPPENS LIKE THIS AGAIN I want to share one incident of mine in my house: So i had just returned after hanging out with my friends and i had gone for a bath, i heard my parents screaming at eachother and after when i went out and asked them, they said that they were quietly sitting on their phones. Next one is that at night around 12:30 a.m. me and my parents were awake, me and my mom were in my room and my father was outside when he heard me crying so he came inside and asked me if i was crying and i said obviously no. Next incident is that while i was watching Netflix on my mac book i saw the door completely shut swing open and was going from close to open and again and again. i was so freaking scared.
I was sitting in the living room with my dogs cause I was home alone right and I was watching RU-vid on the tv and out of no where like a little piece of metal that they use for tools it flew off the stand and landed on the ground me and all my animals look at it but I just got up and picked it up like it was nothing but like it wasn’t the wind or anything cause it was like forces off
You should open at least one window in each room, get some sage, burn it and ask the spirits politely to leave. Get some dream catchers too, they will protect you. Sage every single room too, not just some.
i have so many dream catchers but i still feel like im constantly being watched. i have a picture of like a dog with some words and the eyes look like a glowing orange and i swear the eyes follow me. it just scares me

I have a story TW! So I had always felt some sort of energy in my house and so I decided that I was going to say it was haunted because sometimes I’d speak directly with “them” I was little so I didn’t know how much of a bad thing it could be. So one day(3 years after we moved in) my room had been in the basement and I had it all cleaned for my friend Sophie to come over. So that playdate had turned into a sleepover. At the Time both of our parents were dating and she had been staying there and we were playing in my room and having a good time. We heard stomping around the house and we didn’t think much of it and it was just a little weird sense I know that both of our parents were in my moms room. So about 30-40 minutes go by and it’s time to say good night. So we think that we can get away with going to bed by not going upstairs, which was our biggest mistake ever. So 2-4 minutes go by and we here banging on the door that goes to the first floor and then there’s two doors on the side that go into the unfinished part of the basement and so we think it’s her dad banging on the door to be funny. So after a few times we went up to the first step to catch him thinking it would be funny. So we are there for about 1 minute and nothing happened. So we’re “ok well nothing happened so let’s just go back to playing. And in that moment I experienced what it feels like to almost die. The 2 doors that lead into the unfinished side of the basement started getting banged on violently and the doorknobs started to shake to the point you could hear them and we ran out of the basement and ran as fast as we could to my mothers room and we had asked if it was them and my mom said that it was Sophie’s dad but he said it wasn’t him. That moment has emotionally scarred me for the rest of my life and it scarred her emotionally to.
This is terrifying, I always think someone is in the two vents RIGHT ABOVE MY BED so this gives me even more chills…. That poor dog at the beginning tho😂 but that is, bla I’m not sleeping anymore😂😅
when i was younger, i had a house that was in the books “haunted canada” my sister and father would repeatedly see this little girl who looked exactly like me walking around my house and in rooms. my sister still talks about her and vividly remembers her. we also had this house where me, my dad, sister, and brother would all see people running in our house. one time i was going in my house and i saw someone walking towards me, but nobody was in the house. these things were and are spine chilling
I have sleep paralysis and one time I was sleeping and I heard footsteps so I look over And I see a tall slim lady in a white dress and no face and then she WAS walking towards me and it grabbed me AND THREW ME I WOKE UP AND NOTHING WAS THERE... THIS IS NOT FAKE MY SISTER , MOM AND BROTHER WERE THERE...

You could try to learn the history about your house to see maybe if something happened. You could ask some of your neighbors if they know much about your house and what happened or why there are so many creepy things going on

Have you ever asked your dad if y'all can move? Even if he don't believe in the paranormal, tell him it's best for you and your sisters mental health. Or if you don't have one, get a carbon monoxide detector. Carbon monoxide CAN make you hallucinate, just to rule it out if nothing else.

I claim no bad energy from this video. At my current house I safe my room constantly due to paranormal activity in it. Things would fling off of my shelves, my hand would be grabbed/held, my neck would be poked, hair would be pulled, I’d see shadow figures, etc. If your room is dirty or cluttered and you are experiencing paranormal activity or behavior clean it. It helps 100%.
