As someone who’s had pancreatitis caused by gallstones and had to have emergency gallbladder surgery, I’m happy you guys were able to get it taken care of quickly. That pain is like nothing else I’ve ever experienced. Hope Rachel is doing well!

First time I'm seeing this. So glad it had a positive outcome and I hope Rachel is feeling better. When it comes to friends, family and loved ones you absolutely take that free flight and you don't owe anyone any explanations. Family first always. I am so happy Rachael is on the mend, and am sorry for what you must have gone through as well Noel. To remain calm and collected in that situation must have been very challenging.

I’m very happy Rach is ok. Gallstones are no laughing matter-I had them too and also had my gallbladder removed. Doctors told me that they can get so bad they can make you septic! I’m sure it was a very scary experience for you, Noel. I honestly didn’t think you’d be filming it at all but glad you put this video up for all of us. Please know the community loves your content as well as your British humor. And when you bring Rach with you on the journey, it makes it that much more fun! You and Rach both are irreplaceable in the traveling community. Just want you both to know how much I appreciate what you do. You entertain us and keep us informed on different flights. All the very best to you Noel and of course to Rachel. I hope she has had a speedy recovery and is now doing well. I know what a frightening experience it was for both of you. As someone who spends their working day in operating theatres setting up the kind of equipment that would have been used in Rachel's surgery, you would think I'd be fairly chilled about my own wife having surgery. Not a bit of it, Its all routine until your loved one is involved. And full marks to the caring and compassionate JSX.

Im so glad Rachel is ok. This must’ve been such a hard time for the both of you and for your kids and her parents back home. JSX absolutely handled this well, not only offering you a flight home, but also having these flowers waiting for you. I can imagine that brought tears to your eyes. It’s sad you don’t see this kind gestures very often anymore. Props to you Noel, even in such situation you feel the need to explain your view on taking free offered flights. What an amazing video! I am a 72 year old retiree living in FL (I know. What a cliche!) Point being, I'm somewhat addicted to RU-vid. As such, their algorithms keep finding new channels that appeal to my varied interests. Noel, that's how I stumbled upon your channel. Imagine my surprise when, after watching your episodes intermittently over the past 3 days, I discovered not only are you married, you have moved from London to Houston (!) I moved from Pensacola, FL to Austin, TX @ 19 to graduate from UT then stayed in TX, off & on thru the 70's, landing in Houston permanently from Jan 1st, 1980 thru June 13th, 2014. Anyway, hope you & Rach are doing well & enjoying my ex "hometown" as much as I did. BTW: Thanks for the shout out about "Air Shirts". My Dad worked for Eastern Airlines until he retired, not that long before Eastern was no more. I'm plan on contacting them to see if they have any Eastern merch. 💙

My mom had her gallbladder removed last year and she was in the hospital for three days following that. Rachel is such a trooper for flying out that next day! Glad everything turned out alright in the end, medical emergencies are some of the scariest things anyone can go through.
