What’s funny, is that Chthon is basically Wanda’s grandchild… Chthon is the son of Gaia and the Demiurge, the Demiurge being a future incarnation of Wanda’s son, Billy… so technically When Wanda reads the Darkhold, she’s basically reading one of her grandson’s old school projects.
Wait what are you talking about I just looked it up because you confused me but it says that Chthon's father is the demiurge and the demiurge only. Which makes sense because in the comics they only say that the demiurge created the Elder Gods. Gaea is Chthon's sister not his mom Gaea mated with the demiurge creating Atum/The Demogorge
@@Constantlystealing Why did you think that Gaia was chthon sister? When is it literally said in the comics that the demiurge created Gaia and chthon meaning that they’re sister and brother and that Gaia mixed her energy with the demiurge/mated with him to create the God Atum so I’m a little confused on where you got that from😶🌫️
Those darkhold stories were pretty twisted, ngl. Spiderman and Iron Man's stories were definitely the most F'd up imho. Wasp's story is definitely the most realistic in the sense that ppl do have the potential to kill a abusive spouse, especially after dealing with them for so many years.
i enjoyed the run very much. more thank anything came from it thinking that Doom and Wanda make an interesting pairing. both gypsy, both magic-users from the balkans part of europe. probably have a very similar cultural values. then you throw in there previous relationship and things become complicated, messy and thoroughly interesting. as far as the one shots. I really like blackbolts and found it the most interesting.
@@Supernova-rb5fp Dark Phoenix is the corrupted version of the phoenix host so it's uncontrollable by default...thats why it's called Dark....Jean Grey is the most powerful Phoenix host of all who can use its power to its full potential as she became the white phoenix of the crown which is the most strongest version of the life force.
I understand there are multiple comic book storytellers on RU-vid. But bro! @dopespill is the most relatable to me; it feels like the stories are being read by family , if anything Much love & success and thanks for keeping me updated my g
Love the content and narration. Good stuff. I'm mixed feelings on this miniseries. I like the Darkhold and Chthon under Wanda's possession. The three have always been tied. I wish that Wundagore played more of a part in the story and some High Evolutionary tied in but part of the problem in the series is that it was too short for a bigger story. The side stories were merely What If without the title and didn't add anything. I'd rank them as Spidey being "WTF, this unravel makes no sense", Wasp being "nostalgic revenge fantasy", Blade being "that's nonsense cuz Blade has worked with good vampires before", Ironman being "he'd be put in a padded room, this is silliness playing at horror", and Black Bolt being "this is like swallowing air to feel a full stomach". I have no favorite here. The actual Darkhold issues should have been given that print opportunity to illuminate on long histories and complicated relations. It's sort of like the X-Supremacist title that took care of Onslaught in a single issue. Rushing it dimnishes what canon calls high level threats. The Darkhold alone holds threat, with a long trail of damage across many titles. Chthon is not easily suckered. Doom would expect betrayal. If Wundagore were included the High Evolutionary might be alerted. Quicksilver has ties. This should have been a Marvel epic! I like Wanda being the good guy, or girl or lady or whatever. Too many writers have used her as a threat and soon so will the MCU. I like seeing Omega again because I used to scrounge flea markets hoping to find issues as a kid because new comics were beyond my quarters. Yeah, quarters. I reallly liked the idea of Wasp's wings being blades and hope someone builds on the idea. So I'm happy enough, the main issues are worth the price of admission. The What If was mostly disposable.
Dude, C'Thon HAS the Darkhold, it's with him inside Wanda and now he's free in the world inside her. She's a vessel transporting him around, waiting to crack.
@@Azarath_Metrion_Zinthos True but I think he's playing her. It's classic, things like him are always looking for a way into our world and what better way than to play possum inside a willing vessel with the artifact you have been after and bide your time?
@@Ongzhikai it’s just that she bound him by the same power that kept him away from earth. So he’s pretty much stuck unless someone kills her And it was Dooms plan for himself initially so he left no room for failure
@@dylansmeder8820 I don’t think it was dropped at all. Wanda killed herself and plotted her resurrection. She wasn’t completely dead, but trapped on the astral plane in a limbo between life and death.
after watching doctor strange: multiverse of madness, i'm looking for answers.. i thought there is only one scarlet witch(not wanda maximoff) and only one darkhold, just like america chavez throughout the multiverse.. but in the movie it is only a matter of time before all wanda maximoff could put their hands on a darkhold and become the scarlet witch..
I think they made it so in the films that the Scarlet Witch is generally the being Chthon chose for his rebirth, of which there is only one, and that is 616 Wanda. I think the Scarlet Witch got Wanda's status as a Nexus being.
@@dasvik7712 wanda's mom magda is also a scarlet witch also her grandfather agatha said that it is a title but every scarlet witch didn't know that there is scarlet witch before them wanda is the first one to know
