@@Chandukuttanz because it was about 90% certain he was going to Man Utd till Moyes was fired. LvG was announced as Man Utd manager before the World Cup 2014 and pulled the deal. During the World Cup, Real Madrid negotiated with Bayern and the deal was finalized before the semi final.

Toni Kroos is the perfect example of a modern day midfielder. He’s not aesthetically pleasing, but my god he is a phenomenal footballer. One day, you’re gonna tell your kids that a guy who wasn’t the fastest or most skillful dominated the game as a deep lying playmaker. What he does, he masters the basic components of football at the highest level and he has been doing this year in year out. His range of passing is unlimited he has ice cold composure unbelievable technique excellent on the ball and he plays the game with his brain and is so intelligent. Some people had a misconception about the way he plays calling him a back pass merchant, but he impacts the game in so many different ways and even without being flashy or being dominant on the stat sheet, at least every time he has the ball, he is always making the right decision compared to midfielders who have better numbers than him. Imagine having a pass accuracy of 92% and higher for the last 10+ seasons or so and in champions league history, no player has completed more passes into the final third than Kroos. He’s one of those players who you can’t see the full picture of what he can do if you look solely at stats when you judge the individual ability of a player. In his own way at Real Madrid he is genuinely irreplaceable and they’ll find a way to get used to not having his presence in the team because he is a big miss. It’s truly the end of an era man, all the legendary ballers we grew up watching are hanging up the boots they’re either retiring leaving Europe or going to Saudi Arabia for the money and football lost another great in Kroos.

Kroos is not an example of modern day footballer. A modern day midfielder is supposed to be highly athletic and deals with attack and defence with high intensity This is not Kroos, he is a player whose intelligence is way faster than someones legs

Toni Kroos is a footballing legend, he’s not just one of the greatest midfielders of all time, he’s one of the best players of his generation. When we talk about the best midfielders ever, he’s in the same tier with the likes of Xavi Iniesta Zidane and Modric. If you look at him from a career perspective, he has accumulated so many trophies no matter what team he plays for whether it’s with Bayern Munich Real Madrid or the Germany national team, he’s a serial winner and we have certain world class players who’ve never won a trophy in their career. Won the World Cup with Germany in 2014, he won the treble with Bayern Munich in the 2012-13 season and at Real Madrid not only has he won every trophy there, but he’s won 4 champions league titles and could make it 5 this year and 6 overall. From a longevity perspective, despite retiring at the age of 34, he has been playing at the highest level for many years and he has been in his prime throughout his career and that’s a testament to his consistency and performances. In his last ever game at the Santiago Bernabeu he literally got MOTM which isn’t surprising and his last ever game as a Real Madrid player is the champions league final at Wembley a stadium where he won his first UCL title and there’s a high likelihood that his last ever career game could be the EUROs final with Germany on his home ground. He’s doing it Zidane esque going out on top of he wins the UCL with Real Madrid and the EUROs with Germany, he’ll have the Ballon Dor as the cherry on top and while his retirement comes as a surprise to everyone since he’s had a phenomenal season at the age of 34 despite winning everything there is to win and could play for a couple more years, he’s going out while being at the peak of his powers and Kroos has said that he has always wanted to retire when he’s at the top of his game and he’ll have the perfect ending to a successful and illustrious career where he has been winning trophies left right and center.

For me, Kroos is the best German football player in terms of overall skills and impact. The only one who may have been greater than him at his time was Beckenbauer. Similar greatness. Zidane and Ronaldinho (perhaps also Rivaldo) were masters of their own in the last 25 years. Then, then next highest tier would be the Legends with Xavi, Iniesta, Kroos, Modric, Beckham, Pirlo, Totti. And then we arrive at the group players who reached world-class status with Ballack, Gerrard, Lampard, Seedorf, Figo, Ribery, Robben, Özil, Busquets, Kaka, Müller (if we want to consider him a midfielder rather than striker).

Great to mention the almost-identical football career paths between Zidane and Kroos, but there's a big mistake here. Toni Kroos was 24 when Germany won the World Cup, not 26. In addition, both France and Germany have suffered their disappointing World Cup campaigns after winning their previous editions of the World Cup (France crashed out in 2002 without a single win and even scored the single goal, while Germany got humiliated by Mexico and South Korea in 2018, despite Kroos scored the infamous free kick goal vs Sweden). Last, but not least, Zidane didn't win the La Liga or Champions League with Real Madrid on his final years (Real Madrid only finished 2nd in La Liga and crashed out in Champions League Round of 16 to eventual finalist Arsenal).

Since joining Real Madrid in 2014, Toni Kroos has played a key part in Real Madrid's success, picking up 22 titles during his time in Madrid. A tall and athletic right-footed midfielder, Kroos is considered to be one of the greatest midfielders of all time known for the range and accuracy of his distribution with either foot, his technique, vision, creativity, reading of the game, and his ability to dictate play in midfield or set up goals with his passing, crossing, and ball delivery from set-pieces。 Kroos is the player every manager wants in his team. No sh*t talking, no pr, no ego, just pure talent and hardwork. As a mardista it doesn't feel right to leave such a player. Farewell legend

"Zizou and Toni are similar because they won the world cup at the age of 26 " Don't you guys do any research before making a video? Toni is retiring at the age of 34 in 2024. Kroos joined Madrid in 2014. I don't even know how he would have been 26 years old 10 years ago. Blatantly lying

Another mistakes: Zidane didn't win La Liga and Champions League on his final years in football, unlike Kroos (potentially). Real Madrid came 2nd in La Liga behind Barcelona (who also won the Champions League) and crashed out in the Round of 16 of the Champions League to Arsenal.

Based on the thumbnail I thought they surgically attached a half of Zidane to a half of Kroos. That would leave them with two remaining halves each they could also conjoin: Kroodane and Zidoos.

you want to make highlights of toni kroos? don't look for his goals. look for footages of him RECEIVING SIMPLE PASSES from his teammates. i swear nobody notices his shoulder drops and little fakes, but he do it like 10-15 times per games, destroying opponents, with absolutely nobody noticing. how do you think he's able to spread those aimbot-like crosses? he killed the opponents dead with just one simple touch, and opens the space for him to do so. zidane? look at his movements again, those unimpressive yet extremely effective shoulder drops. kroos is more like messi when messi chooses not to run.
