In the scene, we see one of the dead warriors that the heroes of the film tried to talk to while trying to find a helmet for Simon. The heroes struggle with the five questions they have to ask, mocking the fact that you can technically keep them alive if you don't ask all five questions.
One of these warriors is still sitting in his grave asking if anyone else has any questions. Naturally, it's more of a last laugh as you leave the theater rather than something particularly important to the story.
