That’s the part that really hurts me about the whole multiverse thing. All the stuff that happened through the MCU’s story for that first saga is next to nothing now because it’s just one universe of countless others. All the sacrifices and deaths are worth very little because in the end they didn’t save all that much.
@@DergyDauogThey were still able to save most of their loved ones, I think that is worth it. The universes would always be endless brother, we have to just focus on our loved ones.
@@DergyDauogno matter how the big the world is in scale, it’s the little things that matters in life and that very much can be applied to the movies BUT… I agree, it might get a bit muddied
I love that Hawkeye initiates the kneel because he understands the role of a father, to protect his family, a mission he failed but would do whatever it takes to get them back. He looks at the corpse of his friend and knew he protected his family no matter what cost. True Respect
I love the nuance in the situation. It's implied that the fan already knows it isn't because Tony wouldn't be willing to make such a sacrifice, we already know he has developed past that. Rather it's because knowing what is required would cause it not to happen, wether it's because Tony would try and find a different way or someone else would try to and it would lead them down the wrong path. And also just so not to spoil it for the watcher.
Most of Spider-Man's scenes that are emotional or reaction from pain tug at your heart. Tom Holland has a remarkable ability to seem innocent and very much someone that can pull at your heart strings. He has a very simple and loving personality. His whole soul has been projected for the masses to see. A naive happy go lucky peter Parker usually is the one to say the things we are usually thinking ourselves. A child like mentally in the sense he calls it like he sees it. He is empathetic.
This whole movie had me fighting a lump in my throat. Cap going back to Peggy, Thor getting to see his mom again, Tony dying, Tonys funeral and knowing the greatest era of cinema was over.
May not be over after all though!💚❤🖤 Avengers: Secret Wars is scheduled to be released May 7th 2027. Apparently Ms. Marvel and a few other newer hero's is suppose to be in it as well. 🤷🏼♀️ I didn't even hear about til just the other day... I only seen it because I have been rewatching the Avengers movies over the past few days.
Why don’t we talk about how much thor has lost, his brother, mom, best friend, his warrior friends, Tony, his dad, his sister evil asf, his home, he people gave up his throne he reconnects with his ex and she also dies lol gah damn
Can you imagine how hard dr strange have to endure 14.000.605 possibilities, when he have to watch his comrade fall in hand of thanos every single possibilites he has been through and at the end he have to let stark go.
I thought the same thing I think we all got a lesson in allowing somebody to die in Grace. It's like when my father died I was there and we told the story about how he had the greatest party and everybody was there. Similar to story of Big Fish my father passed with a smile
@@CarlosMontesBby I think we have to live our best life and just find joy and what we do. Over the summer 2020 I do morning jogs 5:00 a.m. I found in old man who passed away on the joggers path this was like early morning he was 93 found out he would walk every morning. He also had a peaceful smile on his face. Remind me of somebody with no fear and content. He walked with a Kane. Later on when I'm at the family wake, they said he was stubborn and he had to do his walks. That old man that I never met have taught me a lesson doing what makes you happy...
One of the my favourite Avenger..... Everyone said he was selfish, but he always sacrificed himself for others. He is said to have no heart, but he who has no heart was the greatest. Everyone's hero may be Iron Man, but mine is Tony Stark I really wish he would come back.. In fact, this is the end, And no matter how many Avengers there are, there will never be a team like this..... (Like AGE OF ULTRAN)
I crying rn. This just to sad. The golden era is over, and now the movies are disappointing without Ironman. He was only one that held the movies together. R.I.P Tony Stark, my king.❤❤❤❤❤❤😭😭😭😭😭
And he made every single sacrifice play right after that ✊🏾 the nuke thru the space hole, stopping ultrons meteor city, chasing thanos in space and finally the snap
@@S4CRED12 who invaded land that wasn’t yours, who is committing genocide, who is responsible for all the children who are now orphans. Who started it and how much death have they caused. How many dead innocents.
If that’s true , I like how Pom Klementieff’s confusion goes with her character. As mantis wouldn’t really understand why everyone is kneeling for death 😳
I can't help but feel for Dr. Strange, the fact that he was the only one who knew that Tony had to die in order to save the universe and that there was nothing he could do to change that, so all he could do was just watch, the guilt must've been unreal.
It's quite sad how no way home paints strange as ruthless and uncaring because he has come a long way from the arrogant surgeon that hulk came to visit too early
@@dwarfogaming9323 right, people just don’t understand who Strange truly is. The shit he’s seen and had to deal with, nobody can even begin to fathom the stuff he’s watched happen.
I just love how Mantis is hesitating to kneel as she's unfamiliar with the respect it provides. It still doesn't stop her from dropping the knee. RIP Iron Man
@@walterdayrit675 I think the last thing Clint said to Tony during civil war was (and I’m paraphrasing) “watch your back with this guy there’s a chance he’s going to break it” this was after Rhodes fell and became paralyzed.
Tbh that just shows how deep the MCU really is and that's what I love about MCU tony growed so much over the years and I loved him for it. I wish we can get more
Endgame relates back quite a bit to that first movie with cap saying stark wouldn’t put his life on the line for someone else and stark saying that everything special about cap came out a test tube and in endgame stark sacrifices himself for everyone and cap lifts mjolnir shows he is more than a science experiment.
Everyone was screaming in the theater when tony got the stones and snapped. We were all thinking yes all the pain is gone we won but when we saw tony on his last breath it was pin drip silence. It was a moment to think of all the good tony has done and how much we will miss him
Well in every other timeline the whole entire universe would be killed off so imagine experiencing that, plus they weren’t really good friends so knowing his fate on just one timeline to be the sacrifice to save everybody would have to be rather comforting to him than painful
As much as I want to rewatch the end game to rewatch all the crazy battles between heroes and villains, I couldn't, because of this one scene, is too painful to rewatch it..I cried a lot..
Tony was one of the best and greatest, strongest avenger that is willing to take a risk and sacrifice himself for the whole nation, We miss you, Iron man 😢
"Through Action, a man becomes a hero. Through Death, a hero becomes a legend. Through Time, a legend becomes a myth. By learning from a myth, a man takes action". - Random YT acc named Epic Club
Saddest deaths in Marvel. He definitely deserved the deleted ending. Even though most of those heroes didn't know him like the OG's and still knelt down really showed how much respect he got/deserved
Even bucky showed him respect by attending the funeral which considering what he did shows he had nothing against stark and had no idea what he was doing when he killed his parents
Yeah, but in the movie Gamora walks away and that’s just really pisses me the hell off I know it’s not our good Morrow, because she originally died in infinity war, but still pisses me the hell off
It’s more emotional when you remember how strained there relationship was after Civil War, Hawkeye hated him for making him a criminal, and saying never to trust him
Something about Tony stark as a character feels so real. Like his buildup, struggles, and emotions shown felt so real, and we could really emphasize with his decisions even when they weren't the best choice. His death was really impactful because we get to see his entire story from beginning to end, and each mistake and recovery. What an incredibly written character
@@mireya4549 Bowing/Kneeling is a sign of submission. The only exception is in case of a teammate injury/death and it is usually reserved as a one knee in respect not a two knee kind of kneel in submission
@@mireya4549 kneeling down on one knee isn’t being submissive it’s being respectful I’ve played many sports and anytime someone got injured we always took a one knee kneel it’s not bowing
the main reason that this is sad is because basically the captain of the Avengers has died and everyone knows that the universe will not be the same without him. he did this to save everyone else.
Cap realized he was wrong about Tony from day one. He told Tony he wasn't the guy to make the sacrifice play. To lay down on a wire and let his friends crawl over him. Tony knew how much he was giving up and still snapped without hesitation.
@@SIlverranger he wasn’t totally wrong because Tony wasn’t that guy to begin with…he became that guy throughout his whole journey…iron man 1, you can’t say Tony would have given his life
Well in the same movie that Steve said that to him, Tony proved him wrong by hand-guiding a nuke through an Alien wormhole. Even Cap warned him that it was a “one way trip”. None of this contradicts what you said about the first movie or the need of his journey. I’m just pointing out that Tony had already changed by the time Cap said that to him. He was willing to lay on the wire, but in the words of another Big Damn Hero, “That ain’t exactly plan A!”
The reason the scene wasn't added was because it would take away from the funeral scene, but I wouldn't mind their being no funeral scene, except for tony's speech that was really good
I would’ve preferred this scene cause it could also be a lose reference to when tony first comes back from Afghanistan and has the reporters sit on the floor for his interview
I wouldn’t mind having both. They made a choice, that’s it. Weather it was the right choice or not, they couldn’t know that then. I don’t mind Gamora walking off either. She’s not the same Gamora, and she didn’t know Tony.
Hm, when I saw it in the movie theatre - there was the kneeling scene, I've watched it in Belarus, the sobbing and weeping got harder when they all started to kneel for Tony
yes that's why she said "you can rest now", it's a callback, though Pepper was more specifically calling back to earlier in the film, when Tony and her are on the couch, and he asks if she wants to go to sleep. And she asks him "but will you be able to rest?"
@@immortalkiller7831 forced Humour 😐 Dude MCU always had that forced Humour thing... The first movie of MCU started with a billionaire Playboy genius joking around with soldiers...
I think what makes this scene so powerful is that Tony has known since Ultron that it would come down to either him or his team. He saw the future Wanda showed him. He knew that for his team to live he would have to sacrifice himself. And he did. he sacrificed himself for his team. I just wish on top of this that we had seen the same level of honor shown for Nat. I feel like her sacrifice is always forgotten in the wake of Tony's.
Just noticed it closely now. That as soon as Tony dies, his chest reactor turns off too, implying how far he had come. Initially it was the arc reactor that powered his heart, and now it was his heart that powered the reactor. Hence it went off as soon as the heart stopped! ❤🥺
Yeah notice how Pepper didn’t start crying until after it turned off. She didn’t want the last thing for him to see was her crying, that’s why she said “we’re gonna be okay, you can rest now”
Bro it’s crazy when u go back to watch the first movie and he tells him there’s only one possible outcome.. but if he told him.. I mean he couldn’t it’s just crazy that seem then the other seen in endgames it’s just like damn if only we knew
