This whole "scheming" stereotype I always see most commonly on Cdramas (most commonly, not all!) is starting to feel so toxic. Using social norms to pressure a person to do whatever the antagonist wants to do, all wrapped up in polite talks and plastic attitude/ fakery. Then the protagonist would still have to do it but win on her own terms. Like, why still do it. It just leaves an impression that no matter what, these norms should still be upheld.
I quite agree with you. They have to look for more materials. Thus is becoming a "run on the mill" scenario. 😆😆😆😆 I thought I was the only one getting fed with this that is why I watch clips first before watching the series. And if the series doesn't catch my attention on 2 to 3 episodes, I drop it. It's like, I already know what will happen and true enough when I jump to episodes later, it's exactly that.🤣🤣🤣
You are right. If you read their web novels (wherein most of their dramas are based upon) even if it’s historical or modern setting, fl or ml protagonist there’s always the verbal scheming, bullying, shaming someone and stuff going on every single time. And It gets so toxic
Fox's summer is the most lovely show no boring scene no tiring scene from seaseon1 to season2 i have watch so many drama but this one is the most lively show never tired from beginning to end..
Me parece injusta esa costumbre.
... ... O era al revés??😅😅
Girl- this is not a Cinderella 💀 this is a love story abt the ceo with the girl who worked for him they asked her to pay cus she just got her payment indeed she's broke
I love the Thai version of this drama much better. This Fox Summer, Chinese drama, original. You Are My Heartbeat is the Thai remake, leads visuals are great, acting more suit for their roles. Check it out. Let me know.
She should had said no, but I think that was her boss money she had w/o asking him. 😂 He's mean towards her in almost all the episodes, so This can be his Karma. Sad she's a thief... she does need to move out. The title of this clip is wrong. She ain't rich... she has sticky fingers.
Well the thing about it is, this is like episode 2 or 3, and he didn't start liking her yet. He hated her at this point. She is freeloading off him, and stole money from him. Not to mention hes a germ/cleanness freak and she makes a mess of his home. Also.... He can tell shes a compulsive liar, and when she liar hard, his dieses goes into overdrive and he faints. He doesn't start liking her until near the end of season 1, but before that, she is everything he hated most, and drives him crazy.
Wtf.. i though she's gonna say "the truth is, im rich, i own 3 big company" or something like that. Turn out she just stealing money from ML. Such disappointment.
You didn't watch the whole episode tho,, she actually put a letter inside that sterilizer box that said "I'm borrowing your money, i will pay for all of it by the end of the month" and did apologize for it after this scene right here (and he took her ID and passport to make sure she doesn't run away).. so yeah ofcs it's wrong but it's not too bad unlike what may be implied by this short clip
@@tofusuns896 Though I have not watched this full episode, even just putting a note there doesn't absolve from what it's done was right? If someone would do the same to me, I would not be pleased as I might have the need for the money for something else. By "borrowing" without checking with me first, may cause me problems later on... Cheers 😊
@@HuaWei-qk4vg like i said, i know it's wrong and ofcs it's worse if it's done in real life, I'm jusy saying that the girl in the drama isn't as bad as they made her look like
The people In this drama are criminals. You force someone into a position so they do what you say. They set her up to take her money and she may have to borrow why not just say no. LIKE A ADULT
@@kurokurookie6609 the female lead is a gold digger who painted the male lead as villain to others especially his employees and would have no problem getting him into legal troubles to get her way which is how she ends up living in his house rent free. Secondly their is nothing funny or cute about a female lead who behaves like an unwanted gold digging parasite and a stalker who won't go way and unfortunately the writers have the male lead end up with someone like her as his romantic partner.
I hated the ending of the series too, to me it was a great story till then. She dump and refuse to marry him.... because her mother ran over him and his mom and left them to die.... how does that make sense? He was willing to not hold a grudge against her mom for her... and she still dump and refuse to marry him
One of the stupidest drama I've ever watched. They try to paint her as some tough, smart girl, but all she does is get steppes on and insulted without saying a word. It's an annoying drama to sit through. I must be an M
Get off your high horse and stop critizing the male lead character because he did nothing wrong. 1. The female lead character forces her way into his life and constantly bullying her way into his life and causing problems for the male lead at his work and blackmail him and and to top it off she is living off the man rent free . 2. The male lead is force to let her live in his home rent free and she repaid his kindness by stealing from him and instead of taking responsibility for her own wrong doing she blame the male lead instead taking responsibility for her own actions.
If someone asks me to pay entire bill, when I have little money, I would just say, sorry, but even if u unfriend me I can't pay, but I can help. These people are ridiculous. Weird show
She just graduated abroad and went home. I have watched this drama months ago. I can remember that she had no choice but to live with him since she wants to be independent from her family but her step sister is the antagonist. Their parents were abroad at that time. She doesn't want to deal with her evil sister. She needed the job to survive independently but she ended up in this situation. It's just a funny and sweet situation. That's her destiny.
