Washers on a heavy duty knife makes more sense then plastic containered ballbearings. A bit of an odd choice on a well build knife. Otherwise it's a nice upgrade. Thank you for putting this up Mark.

So glad that wild turkey mini trapper is giving you such joy! It really is a useful little knife. This knife is definitely a good one. And for the money I think it’s a wonderful buy.
Schrade made decent value fixed blade but their folders were a bit crappy but priced well. That was a few years ago. It seems the are trying to improve their folder quality lately.
I just bought this knife it’s the original one not one you have must say it’sa beast will enjoy using. I’m just curious where a guy find those bronze washers you used any web sites?
I picked up the washers from eBay. But you can get them from quite a few other companies. There are also knife supply companies that supply parts and tooling for custom knives. Easiest way to find some are to look up Knife washers.
