In this episode we make homemade dippin' dots ice cream with liquid nitrogen. dippin' dots are made by slowly dripping the dippin' dot ice cream mixture into a beaker of liquid nitrogen. By the end of this video you will be able to describe why dippin' dots freeze so quickly, how how the energy is transferred between the dippin' dot mixture and the liquid nitrogen and how to create your own delicious bowl of dippin' dot ice cream.
