This is first time I am watching your podcast. I was obese class 2. My BMI was 38, last October I was diagnosed with this condition having Diabetes type 2, high blood pressur. Since then what you are talking same thing I am doing now my BMI IS 31, BLOOD SUGER FASTING 76 to 85, after MEAL 105 to 120 even BP IS NORMAL. Still I'm at halfway my current weight is 91kg I'm sure by end October I will be of 85kg, THANK YOU FOR SUCH A INSPIRING PODCAST WHICH HAS APPROVED THAT I'M ON RIGHT PATH. THNK YOU SO MUCH ❤

Amazing podcast. Raj a suggestion on this - it was great podcast but too much was on the platter. I suggest you have multiple episodes with ryan focusing on specific agendas in one podcast

Whole podcast is good ,no issues but...Please tell these logical scientists that it's not imp to sleep 8 hours , with yoga you can reduce the sleep need very significantly only 4 5 hours are also fine after that
I completely agree with disruptive sleep cycles. It’s primary due to access to bright lights. When I visit my hometown where there is no electricity at night people eat by 7pm and go to bed. Most surprisingly they also get up fresh by 3-4am
You and Ryan both changed the perspective of thinking about the health. Loved your all podcasts but this one with RYAN FERNANDO deserves a larger appreciation.

Thank you Raj for such a wonderful podcast and thank you Ryan for being such a motivator. I was once 106 kgs. And I could reduce 23 kgs in 9 months by simply taking away one element from my kitchen, and that is Fire. I only ate that I could eat without cooking. For example, Sattu, Chura/Poha and Murmure/Puffed Rice became my breakfast, lunch and dinner. Along with some fruits, dry fruits and vegetables. Plus I began to walk a bit more than before and that's it.
