The Science of Sound - a Sample Online STEM Class 

This video introduces the idea of sound waves and vibration. I use a demo with a ruler, an "instrument" made from a box and rubber bands, and images and sounds from the orchestra to illustrate that longer vibrations yield deeper notes. This is a sample of content from an online STEM class that I teach for Bellevue College Parent Education program.
