oddly enough through the middle of watching this i lost my power for a whole 3 days

I've had crappy Internet for like 2 weeks last summer. Basically it would rule on one day and suck the next day. The daft thing? There were no outside influences - no storms, no natural disasters, nothing. So I concluded it was a problem from their end, and they weren't doing anything to fix it. >_> The last time the Internet went weird was during those winter storms we had (as an indirect consequence of the Polar Vortex and either El Nino or La Nina), so the problem was at both ends.

Last summer we had this huge storm and lost power for a week. It was terrible because not only was there no internet or tv or anything but it was so fricking hot, we slept outside. And we had to take cold showers which weren't that bad but it was just so hot!! And then during Sandy we lost power for twelve hours *which wasn't bad* but it had snowed also and it was freezing! But the power did flicker off and on for a few days afterwards. I live in WV so we didn't get the worst of it.

That sweater IS something like Mr. Rogers would wear! Can you imagine Alex trying to entertain small children? XD "Shut up kids! Go play with this book of matches while I finish ma flapjacks" Anyway, fire-ambulances actually aren't that uncommon. In some small towns, like my Yerington, the fire department handles all emergency services because it's cheaper. The hospital doesn't have enough funding for their own ambulance, and so the fire department does all the ambulance work.

isnt there a title of another vlog called you need internet to live?
