De La Salle’s coaches were showing great respect telling their players it isn’t going to be easy playing Poly but little did De La Salle know it was actually going to be Really Easy Poly fell off and are not what they use to be. All the talent goes to Bosco and Mater Dei.
DLS could use a QB with Sweeney's fire again. I think the DLS admin has neutered the program in some way or another. They just aren't getting the Callens, the Williams, the Simons, the Drews, the Kellys, or the Custers anymore. If you are gonna run the veer in today's age, you absolutely have to have a game-breaking back you can score from 80 out, to take advantage of those opportunities. DLS isn't getting those guys anymore.
