Right now it’s on the job training, for both coaches and players. They are going to be elite. If they can get the offensive line together, the sky is the limit.
Seattle fans are used to being disrespected. If we win it's because the other team was bad. We are loaded with talent The 1st week we had highest PPF defensive rating. Doesn't . matter...new coach, new scheme they don't believe. And Geno is a top 10 QB but the still won't give him credit. It's OK because they won't see us coming. A win is a win and whoever has the most wins at the end of the season wins
They were sketchy wins, but they are ranked #2 overall on PFF grades after two weeks, only behind ranks, they are playing good football no matter who it's against!
Seahawks fan here. Let them hate. The Hawks traditionally play better with a chip on their shoulders. If we beat Miami at home in week 3, haters will equate it to the Dolphins not having Tua behind canter. In the end, a win’s a win, and no matter who the win’s against, and no matter how ugly it may be, we’ll take it.
Nfl power ranking week 3 has Hawks at 19 with 8 teams 1-1 and 2 teams 0-2 ranked ahead of the Hawks! SF at 1-1 ranked at number 2! How the hell does that make sense?
The Seahawks have it all. Geno is straight up clutch. He’s a game winner. The offense is loaded. The only reason issue is having the worse OLine in the league. That’s going to hold them back a lot. We have a top 5 LT and a decent center rest is effy. The defense will be a top defense in the league. Going to have a top pass rush and coverage
Macdonald taking the field goal to win in OT even when they had more downs left tells me he is decisive and calculating. He wasn’t going to let anything happen once they got to where they needed to be.
Seattle has to have a winning record in their division in order to get national recognition. They certainly look more disciplined this year, and they have lots of talented young players.
The more positive post game talk shows, HIGHLIGHT our best players, then next week our pass receivers get triple covered, the other team hurts walker, he's out for a game, yet we still win. EVERY point earned by hawks is legit.
I’d just like to take a moment to say happy late birthday to Pete Carroll and I’m happy the Hawks could get a win on his Birthday! I’m excited to see what’s to come with Mike but Pete made the hawks what they are today and that should not be forgotten.

What's crazy is that its only week 2 in that new system so the sky is the limit tbh. I could see them going 6-0 if geno keeps slinging the rock like he is. Also DK/ JSN YAC is sustaining drives and keeping their INSANE defense off the field is gonna keep them winning games.

As a Seahawks fan that has gotten used to disappointment, I let myself get my hopes up and this is almost everything I could ask for. Once the Offense puts it all together this is a SCARY team. I think they will be this year's Texans. Surprise playoff team that actually gets a win

If Geno can continue his mobility then he'll become something great and Seattle will benefit from it, but if he continues to try and be a pocket passer with this oline, Seattle will not go far. That's my only criticism of Geno, he's not a dual threat QB (like Mahomes is), so if he could channel that inner Mahomes/ Old Russ then Seattle will be a contender.
They’re 21st because they have a lot to prove. 2 and 0 is nice but the quality of opponent was bad in both instances. The flaws in the foundation will be exposed in the next couple of weeks with quality, albeit, lame opponents. We need to see the playoff winless Geno Smith deliver under pressure. I’m still uncertain that we will.
Until seattle can beat a team like the 4ers then they should be rank in the top 10 for sure. If they can go 5-0 including beating the 49ers perhaps they should be rank in the top 5.
why not go back to a superbowl call by the refs, long ago, when Hawks clearly made a touchdown, yet the refs called it back. The billions of $$ in the NFL can buy pretty much anything.
I think we're a lot better than people give us credit for. We have a chance at ten wins but with our offensive line literally collapsing every play, (Cross is good) im not entirely certain how confident I am in our offense. Geno and our receivers are good, but without a line, and Walker injured, he can't carry every game like he did in New England. We got a real break that game in New England with them not having a great offense, if they did we would of lost the game for sure, and if it wasn't for the goat himself Julian Love, we would have lost that game even with that. Our offense also suffered not having a run game cause we went three and out a few times if I remember. Are rushing defense was a joke against New England, and we are most definitely going to be losing on Sunday if it doesn't get better because Miami can run the ball really well. That is unless Skylar Thompson throws like three picks but nonetheless.

In response to your title, No they don't. No teams are worried about Seattle. This is my team, and I will tell you, our offense scares no one. Our defense aint scaring anyone either.

Y'all always hatin' on Hawks. always have been. i have been a UW Husky/seahawks fan 4ever. Now we got their coach. EVERY OTHER TEAM watches our tapes and develops their plays/training accordingly. Look how much Russell Wilson did for the Hawks, then faded into nothingness. let alone bad calls by refs. show some respect.
the problem with the seahawks is.. they may win 4 in a straight but could also lose 3 in a straight.. and they did.. last year for example.
