Watching that Bridge scene was something else.. The simple fact he survived is another matter!!! But to recover strong enough (along with everything else) to end up smashing a Switch Hardflip down Wallenberg is pure love for the craft!! Legend.

I fell almost 40 ft at work last year and shattered my knee, I was starting to think I'd not be able to skate again, but i decided to hop on my board yesterday and cruised around, then I see this dude broke both legs and he's out here shredding like that. Super inspirational.

Thanks to youtube, never stopped watching skate videos, ive actually watched more skate video since i quit than when i was skating. All because of youtube. Also, thanks to the 9 club n my 4 n half yr old son. I want to be able to do some sht when he gets a bit older n i think it would be awesome for me to share skating with him. He already likes it, so IM FULLY IN, middle of building a skate box now ( had to stop because of the east coast weather) Got enough wood to build 2 boxes, a bench ( going to put granite top on it, buttery ledge basically) N building a rail also, n of couse everything im building will be adjustable height. Skating never leaves you

We used to have a videotape called ON Video Skateboarding with a small doc about Carlsbad, cali and this small five sec clip about his switch hardflip at 2:35 was added to the footage. This was about 20 years ago and i still remember his name and never forgot about that hardflip! Truly amazing to see him again, as i haven't been skating myself since all the classics like Yeah Right! Such a LEGEND! I'm hooked to Primitive Skate nowadays ;)

So so crazy. I remember watching shortys guilty on VHS. One of the first videos I saw. His sw hard down Carlsbad is still engraved in my mind. The g roll up 😁 and he's STILL absolutely killing it. Incredible. Guilty seems like a lifetime away. Amazing. Respect

Skate culture is kinda schizophrenic- guys who "get sober" like Brandon, Greco, Reynolds, etc. are celebrated, while there's still a lot of emphasis on partying, and weed is ubiquitous. Before anyone says "but weed is different", ask Brandon if it was a gateway thing for him, and ask him why he doesn't do it now if it's so positive.

I shouted, "yooo" when I saw that treflip roast beef. I shouted, "YOOOOOOOOO" when I saw the next trick. This is the raddest thing I've seen, hell yeah Brandon!!!! This video is also a huge inspiration to push my limits on the health side of skateboarding too. This sport is so young and we're all still figuring it out, but I think Brandon and other health conscious skateboarders like him are paving the way for future skaters to pay attention to their bodies and treat them right because when they're older, they're going to need to skate, and in order to skate, you need to get your body right!!! HELL YEAH!

Shorty's Guilty is what got me into skating. I still have the poster on my wall framed and the original VHS. I was 13 and getting stoned and skating every day. I'm 33 now and still skate, but the partying is behind me. Seeing this video was special for me. Carlsbad to Wallenberg I mean holy shit.

hey man honestly this was so inspiring I'm 23 and I've been skating since i was 10 and i got sober like 4 years ago and got back into skating while living in chicago but honestly i havent skated in a year and watching this made me get inspired to loosen my muscles and get back on the board man my whole body doesnt feel good anymore

It's different hearing the story about the bridge and now physically seeing it how high he jumped from is crazy. Most people would be lucky to be able to walk again let alone huck yourself down a monstrous gap like Wallenberg. Even though his part is short in osiris subject to change it's still one of my favourite parts from that video. Keep pushing B you got this!

What's crazy about B turner is that he's been killing it for a while now, even during the hard times he had. Every Sk8mafia video (and there are quite a few), he's always got something heavy. He's just been on another level these last few years, and still getting better somehow
