THE STAGE 2 of "HUNTER x HUNTER" opened at the Galaxy Theatre (Tennozu Ginga Gekijo) in Tokyo on Saturday, March 16, 20204. On the day before the opening day, an opening day press conference and public dress rehearsal were held, with Shion Otomo, Nichika Akutsu, Yuki Ogoe, Shori Kondo, Haruki Kiyama, Motohiro Ota and the director Akira Yamazaki taking the stage.
It is based on a manga work by Yoshihiro Togashi, which was serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump (Shueisha) in 1998. Last year's performance attracted a great deal of attention for its high level of perfection, and the second performance is the sequel to the first one. It tells the story of Gon and Hisoka in the sky arena and the appearance of telekinesis, from the 5th to 13th volumes of the original work, along with the story centering on Kurapika and the Phantom Brigade in Yorkshin City, and the adventures of Gon, Killua, and Leolio.
