One thing tho, the recipe got ripped, so that plankton got the chum part while mr krabbs got the rest. So i don’t think that mr krabbs have any chum in his burgers since his piece of the formula does not contain the chumpart

Mr. Krab's burgers have chum - his literal perfect recipe in the episode revealing his friendship with Plankton shows him serving the "with a pinch of chum" recipe after a bunch of other ingredients got knocked in from Plankton slamming the door when he stormed out.
Plankton actually did successfully steal the formula on a few occasions. One episode where Plankton faked entering a race to get the formula and sell Krabby Patties at the Chum Bucket. Not to mention the movie where he steals the formula after framing Mr. Krabs for stealing King Neptune’s crown (which Plankton actually stole).
You're forgetting the episode where plankton steals the formula, but has to wait for it to unlock, giving SpongeBob and Squidward enough time to steal it back.

There is technically a some other instances of Plankton selling chum in the season 2 The Patrick Star Show episode "Chum Bucket List" and the season 3 The Patrick Star Show episode "The Fun Bucket." Also, in the Kamp Koral episode "The Kitchen Sponge," Plankton DOES TASTE the Krabby Patty when SpongeBob accidentally created the secret formula.
I actually always thought that Chum is like meet on our real world, basically is animal meet (not the fishes) since it have been showed that they have animals like sea pigs and stuff. I don't know if that's the case but that's what i think

It be cool if plankton would sell other things like soda, fries, onion rings, hot dogs etc But make it really cheap so that krusty customers would only ever need to buy the patty and then go to his restaurant to get anything else they want cause why not since its next door. Mr.krabs would be too cheap to lower his prices and cant really stop his customer from doing so and when customers go there he can use karen to steal or outright buy the patty from one of the customers and with that would keep his hands clean if mr. Krabs accuses him of stealing his formula cause he wouldn't have any proof. But knowing spongebob, the writers would find a way to make that fail anyway.
My theory is that the krabby patty and chum were two parts of their original terrible patty batch. In Friend or Foe, Plankton runs off with his half that just has chum that still ends up terrible in the episode, and Mr Krabs uses his half and ends up with krabby patties. It's not what you ADD to chum that holds Plankton back, it's the chum itself that needed to be REMOVED. Plankton's failing because he has the part that is meant to be thrown out. He's rigged from the start by thinking the solution involves any amount of chum
I think that the chum is made of some kind of livestock fish like seahorses are a livestock that people ride, so there probably species of fish that the residents of bikini bottom would consider okay to to eat, and chum is a byproduct like how sausage is made up of small bits and unused cuts of meat.

Ok so we low-key know it's not fish he's killing to get chump it's other sea creatures that bikini bottom dont care about like whales for the whale blubber, sea horses for their snout which explains the eyes and intestines/bones and etc and remember there are primal/real fishes in the ocean but not in bikini bottom bcuz plankton kill them. Not really, in my opinions he doesn't rely on karen enough and their is a simple reason why...Karen doesn't personally care about the formula like plankton does, I mean she could easily take it and I think she once just bought it from the krusty krab directly herself withoutany issue. She just doesn't care and would rather focus on other things like her relationship with plankton or in recent episodes...making friends and starting a family.
