Agreed. Everybody pretty.much lived to have John around telling them what to do, including Diana. That only changed when she found out he was her biological father. In fact, she even said she thought Cassie was LUCKY for having back a parent she list lol

So many loose ends! How did Amelia figured out Diana was John's? Who was the body John was digging in Sacrifice? What is the meaning of written in the Stars? Why Amelia picked John over Ethan on the past if she really loved Ethan? I wish they would bring it back to answer all this
Also, I always felt they rushed the last episodes. It's not truth that Cassie "pushed" John in everyone's lives, they were all really opened to listen to him at the begining, eagerly looking for some guidance - even Diana until she learned he was her biological father. Also, Elizabeth's claims are just bizarre, even if Amelia had brought John to the circle, she didnt made Elizabeth sleep with him! How did this even happened by the way? Were Elizabeth and Charles really married since she seemed to be still in high school?? How is that Charles is a Meade, son of an elder Kate, but Elizabeth is the one who had a book of shadows?
