Today in the traditional “Film Quote” section on the official RU-vid channel of the Odesa Film Studio (@OdesaFilmStudio) there is a film about the events of the Second World War in the adventure film format, filmed in the mid-80s, which has become a true classic of the genre. The four-part television film “The Secret Fairway” of 1986, produced by the Odesa Film Studio, was based on the novel of the same name by Leonid Platov. The film tells the story of torpedo boat commander Boris Shubin, who, towards the end of the war, encounters a mysterious German submarine without identification numbers. While hunting for this submarine, he learns the secret channel and the terrible secrets of the Third Reich.
