@@sundayschwein6162 wow 1/4 cup,is allot, you boiling eggs for the Army? Now a days with everything so expensive, that is using to much SALT. Boiling for 13 minutes, rinsing with cold water, give the sauce pan a little shake, gently will give you a little start at the peeling.☮️🇺🇸
Yeah and leaving them sit in that hot water is just cooking them longer so you should adjust your time accordingly if you’re gonna let them sit there and soak
I remember my Mom making deviled eggs back in the early 60's. She used pickle juice, but she used Sweet Gherkins. I have made them with the sweet pickle juice ever since I learned that trick. Love the slight sweetness the Sweet Gherkins juice bring to the deviled eggs!
My secret ingredient is sugar 1 tablespoon of white sugar and cream cheese. Oh my gosh people just love them. Yes I put the rest stuff into the mayonnaise the mustard, the pickle juice, salt, and pepper paprika. It all goes in there. Mine is cream cheese juice.
Sounds good, I use dill relish (never tried with vinegar, but should be close to the same) and if the eggs are going to be for the next day I add just a little bit of celery seed makes a big difference in taste.
LOL... YEP, I MADE TOO MANY TO COUNT, FOR THE VETERANS , YRS AGO. HAD TO GET INVENTiVE ON FLAVORS, etc. ADDED "FiNE CHOPPED" CELERY,ONiON POWDER, GREEN ONiON, SALSA, SOME WITH SWEET RELiSH, HORSERADiSH, BLACK OLiVES, GREEN OLiVES + JUST REGULAR.. SOO FUN.
Only boil for one minute and take off the heat and cover for 17 min. Then put in an ice bath for several minutes and the eggs come out perfectly, tender and cooked to perfection!
Well I’ve always used sweet pickle relish in my deviled eggs yolk mixture. But if you take the white egg part, and roll them in planko breadcrumbs and deep fry that part before adding the yolk mixture. Deep fried deviled eggs are the schizen!
OR A CELERY LEAF, SLICE OF GREEN OLiVE, etc. : } HUGS... HUMMM , I'VE NEVER DONE PARSLY ! LOL I HAVE PUT A LEAF OF CiLANTRO ON ONES WiTH SALSA IN THE FiLLiNG...FOR ST PATTY DAY.
I have a sister who would LOVE your version. ❤ A couple of days before she gave birth to my beautiful niece, she had a fully loaded hotdog, complete with a mound of jalapeños on top! 😊😅
It's nearly impossible to easily peel a fresh boiled egg!! So why try? Get out eggs that have been in the frig a couple weeks. They are ten times easier to peel.
Ok, didn't need to hear about the poor dear. I understand the need to allow the dear to be a Mother in her condition and its is nature. I hope someone humanely helped that animal at some point. I really had to stop watching this video because of what you were saying. You may want to consider your viewers when just blurting out some situations.
Yes they are. Here is an update. My prayers were answered. I am able to get chemo and radiation, NO SURGERY. If I got surgery there was a 25% + chance they would damage my sphincter muscle and I would have to wear a bag the rest of my life. God is great. So now I am waiting for the oncologist to send an order to my surgeon (and friend) for a port to be put in for the chemo. He is on vacation this week, so hopefully next week he can put a port in. And treatment to start in like 10 days
I try not to ever use fresh eggs, if I don’t have to. I use eggs that are at least, a week old. I always crack both ends and they peel perfectly. Those looked delicious. Now I’m going to go make me some. 😂
I made an effort to study salt n its origins. Results are that all salts regardless where they come from or color they are the same. Sodium!!!! So stop spending extra$$ on exotic salts!!
