I've been watching rastafarians do this since I was a kid growing in Jamaica, and I started doing it subconsciously by 20, people would see and ask y, I would say I feel like It keeps my energy within, I remember talking to people while doing it and they couldn't stop staring at it. But now I have an understanding of what I was doing all this time. I even do it while I meditated for years now

I just came across this information. As a baker at the age of 68. I just realized how stiff my hand and finger joints have become. Doing the movements as best as I can is not frustrating, but enlightening. Realizing that as I get my hands back: the rest of my body will heal.

I discovered mudras while on mushroom trips. I would touch the tips of my fingers together and the mudra would slowly perfect itself from the energy coursing through my hand.

I have learned that I need to look within to apply any technique (such as mudras) ... Your inner divine connection will let you KNOW what is best for you. The planetary energies of the ancient traditional practices were very different than they are now ... and learning to trust our own connection with the cosmos is very important.

Dielectric refers to insulating capacity. It is often referred in the context of capacitance where capacitor has the ability to build up charge on one side of the plate, and then discharge it under control within a very specific and predictable span of time. Your reference to dielectric and magnetic doesn’t make a ton of sense.
