I lived in Long Beach, CA, in the late '70s. The Chinese were buying up properties back then, and I could not understand how it was allowed. No foriegn entity should be allowed to own US property. Rent, maybe, but never own. Want to own US property, become a citizen. It is so frustrating to see all these shenanigans and then realize how s l o w the wheels grind to address it.

I grew up in Texas, during integration and after my brother found people sleeping in our barn. We were never allowed in the barn again and never allowed to play in the yard without adult supervision.
