So amazing to have been a part of your growth Marc. I started watching you 8 years ago while eating alone. I still watch you with my wife and child now. We all love your joy of life. Thanks for your great content Mark
Mark dude your Japan series is your best by far.!😍👍👌 I literally have to keep a towel nearby as I watch to catch the drool...🤤 You and Sonny give us a real perspective on realistic delicious local quisine 😊
I really appreciate how Mark gives us how much his meals cost. It definitely shows how affordable food is around the world. Mark is a joy to watch. He’s so excited about food and what he shares. You can definitely feel and see his passion. It’s amazing and makes you want to experience what he experiences. Can’t wait for the next video.
Your happiness, bliss while eating the best beef steak of the world was reflected in your facial expressions! The chef's skill is really amazing!!! Kudos - what a gourmet cuisine!!
In America, Costco had a sale last month for Japanese A5 Wagyu at $69.99 per pound. As a treat for myself and friends, we'll be having A5 soon cooking it up Teppanyaki style. Great video as all the others, much appreciated.
Mark, I have been watching your videos for the last 5-6 years and I still love watching them now as much as I did back then. Your enthusiasm and positivity is unbelievably refreshing. Keep up the good work Mark!
I love watching videos highlighting beef in the international market, especially Japan. We run a beef operation in Texas, US. Thank you for these awesome videos!
I know the highlight was the teppanyaki, but I seriously want to try the ham. It looked amazing. Thanks for your content! It's really nice to see food from around the world and your video style is very natural/home-like, so it's almost like we are there with you
I love Mark.. But I thought It was abit mean taking his first bite.. Poor guy was probably thinking.. "that's mine dad!".. Considering he had an array of wagu steak to eat for himself... Bet his wife was giving him the side eye when she saw that
@@zakkvicious1783 you kidding me, Marks the reason that they can even eat like this.. nobody is giving the side eye to the reason they eat this good. One bite off a kids meal that he probably won’t finish is a big deal, get real. Haha
I am a mother,u judging Mark based on this bites..oh please, get a life.thats no big deal.other family raised dif.style of up bringing,,ur family probably raised an entitled kiddo.
Hi Mark,I am so jealous that you got to eat wagu beef. My mouth was just drooling as I want to eat that. It's so expensive in the UK so we just enjoy cheap cuts😂
mark wiens, you are the reason for me to travel, to learn about, to explore and taste the wide variety of local food available in every destination around the world..
Don't forget JIDORI-YAKI, grilled chicken, when you come visit Miyazaki. There are a lot of ultimate delicacy around Miyazaki and neighbor Kagoshima prefecture. A5 wagyu, kurobuta pork, Jittoko Jidori chicken and so on. These specialty pork and chicken dishes costing around 1000 to 3000yen. affordable for all.
I used to live in Miyazaki! Miyazaki is famous for their beef but also famous for their chicken. The quality is so high that there is even raw chicken sushi. If you can you should try the chicken nanban (deep fried chicken with a tarter sauce) and jidori (charcoal cooked chicken)
This was so wholesome to watch. Mark was really enjoying this fancy meal. He enjoys most of the food he eats fancy or not but he has almost a pure childlike wonder here.
Watching your facial expressions while eating makes me so happy, your love and passion you share with all of us. Your genuine and inspirational character, you are the best when it comes to food, loving and caring! Thx for the ride so far. Enjoying your content for many years now and I hope several more years are going to come! You're the man! Thx for the cool videos and the fun and tasty memories :)
I will return to my hometown of Miyazaki next month (Thai New Year) with my family. An old friend of mine also raises Miyazaki beef in Miyazaki. I am currently living in Korat, Thailand. I'm looking forward to seeing your video and going back to Japan for the first time in 3 years.
I will be visiting miyazaki with my family in 2 weeks! It would be a treat for my kids to visit a cow farm. Would you be able to ask your friend if we can arrange a visit?
Now, I watched you about traveling unique dishes in KyuSyu-Island; I truly regret I missed going there when I lived in Japan. Japan has several extravagant steaks, such as Kobe, Miyazaki, Matsuzaka, and others. Their Wagyu beef marked the climax of the steaks in the world😘. KyuSyu-Island also has one of the best Sushi restaurants, my Japanese friend told me.
Gracias Mark por invitarnos a compartir tus aventuras, hace años que te sigo y siempre disfruto de tus videos y es gracias a lo que tú transmites al hacerlos. Sigue así con la misma ilusión y la misma sonrisa, enjoy your trip!!!
Absolutely love the videos. I want to put Japan on my bucket lists! Love their food. Keep up the good work-the best to you Mark, Ying and Micah ❤ California USA
I'd let my dad try my burger too if he had taken me to that eat there when I was a kid. As long as I got to try his steak! Love your videos Mark. Wishing you and your family the best.
@@Sonasic I got a comment earlier to my comment that Africa has great food something like that, and now you are telling me Europe, the Mediterrenean. I agree with both of you! African food is good throughout Africa and Europe. The Mediterrenean is one of my favorites of Europe: Spanish, Italian and Greek are some of the best. Yet, I'm a big fan too of Asian dishes especially Japan, some Chinese, Cambodian and Vietnamese. That's just me I like lots of diversity!
@@arigabou well i beg to differ. I prefer italian and greek cuisine and i find them far better than japanese. Mostly because i dont like soups and raw fish. And yes i have also been to Japan for business and pleasure.
Mark is on point. Kobe became a well recognized brand probably because its easy to pronounce and remembered by westerners, also by the earthquake in 95, and even perhaps of Kobe Bryant. Matsusaka is generally considered the best beef in Japan by the Japanese. However, there is no much difference between these heavyweights and Miyazaki. Matsusaka and Kobe are very much overpriced due to their brand recognition. Miyazaki (and other brands as well) is the go to beef in Japan,if you really want your value for money. Nevertheless expensive though!
Yes, I agree. There are 46 types Wagyu in Japan. They are made in each prefecture except Tokyo. In deatail, there are a little gap among them. But many people can not distingush these taste gaps except professionals. I hope foreign visitors enjoy all of Wagyu. Matsusaka Wagyu are only femail beacouse femal meat is very soft.
See I was right 😇🥰 this Japan series is turning out to be one of the best work #MarkWiens has done. The location, the quality of food, and of course the infectious happy, exciting Mark Wiens vibe. Priceless...just priceless #FoodAndFoodiesShallPrevail 🤘
I love your appreciation and love for food and where it comes from. Your joy for life is so inspiring, Mark. Thank you for all the feel-good videos. Love your channel.
I really enjoyed the whole video. From the farm to restaurant fresh dinning. I love how they served it. On bread 🍞 to hold on to all the flavor. Than the bread 🥖 is served as well. Amazing 🤩 from start to finish.
