Interesting. I discovered Bruce Lipton 4 years ago. I am always interested by natural and spiritual healing and how our body can heal our mind and our body withour medicines or vaccines. As an adopted person, I do know a bit about this subject. I sound EXACTLY like my birth mother. I also, unfortunately, act like her quite a bit. This doesn't make me happy. I didn't meet her until I was 27. I also have a lot of traits of my birth father's side of the family. I no longer have contact with either side of my birth family. Both are toxic. Sadly, I know I am too. The good traits I have I may have learned from my adoptive mother. I wish I had more of her in me. She was beautiful inside and out.

I was told a bunch of nonsense to guilt, shame & coerce me, as a child. In my adult life, I have conducted my own social "experiments", observing theories and whether they fit experiences, personal or around me. I am embedded in the mental health system, preach what you have just said, from the perspective of a "veteran of complex living". As a Professional Peer, I help patients see where they have innate strengths & empowerment and I train staff that trauma and Psychiatry's idea of mental illness are two very different things. For both, I show them that "Nurturing One's Inner Nature" will create better conditions for healing than anything. Best to you.
Once again, Bruce Lipton is so spot on point and lays it out in simple terms. We can't change the load-bearing walls of our blueprint but we can alter some of the other minor walls, choose the fixtures, and decor, etc. It always makes me think of the movie "What the *Bleep* Do We Know".

Amazing video. I just wanted to share a little bit of what I think the message contained in this video has in common with the changes witin me and I hope you seek it out for yourselves as well. In the process of searching for my true identity due to feeling drained and out of whack from what society has molded me to be, think & feel, I came across Stoicism. I was skeptical at first but decided to investigate anyway, since it caught my attention, & what I did first was to look into the lives of the men who purveyed these teachings and when I got a copy of Meditations by Marcus Aurelius & read it, the lettes to himself tapped into my own consciuosness and slowly, changes to my perception and a shift in mindset took off the more I learned. Things just fell into place the moment I chose patience over reaction. Not quite fully there yet but still better than before. Adjustments have to be made.😊 Bad habits, procrastination, lifestyle choices & negative approach towards life are slowly dwindling and a more positive/ thankful one stands in it's place. I wish the same for those who seek it. Cheers!

Dear Bruce, I've heard, on a couple of your interviews, where you shared your dislike for Trump. I agree, he is a cancer that must be stopped. My parents are wonderful Christian people that have been amazing parents. However, their like for Trump has made me realize that they are epi-genetically flawed in some way. The foetus in the womb is actually experiencing the world around it directly as well as through the chemistry of its mother. Sounds easily travel through the liquid inside the womb.
