British Columbia, Canada. My parents grew all of our vegetables and fruit. A cellar for potatoes and canning and a peat dug-out for parsnips, brussels sprouts, endive, carrots and beets. Love your feed. My Dad was a Civil Engineer graduated from UBC in 1952, my Mom graduated the same year with a degree in Home Economics. I share this because they taught me the same values of growing our own vegetables and fruit. Thank you so much ❤❤ I grew up with rubber boots and know how to do anything garden related :)

I'm watching from a remote Island in Australia; all we see and hear about China involves rich people in cities. It is lovely to see hard working healthy people who are just the same as country people in Australia. I grow sweet potatoes to use the leaves as a green vegetable, also grow everything that we can, have chooks, goats, pigs, geese etc etc. 💜💜💜, thank you for sharing....
Its lovely to see such familiar work, life and normality... I spent some time in china teaching, it was a massive city, I had the opportunity to make Chinese friends, and I did travel to the countryside several times, my good I really enjoyed those times there, great food, great company, great culture, really miss it ❤😢

We have sweet potatoes in the Philippines. We call it "Kamote". We have 2 variants. The green leaves and the other is purple leaves. The Kamote root crop itself has 2 types of flesh: The first variant has white flesh and the 2nd variant has orange flesh.

hi, i am from canada, i used to live in the country and worked hard growing my garden , i loved it, but i am no longer healthy enough to do it and i miss it so much. we had so much wild life come through our yard.........i would be outside from around 6am until well after dark, in the mornings i would hear the first bird chirp, the toads, woodpeckers and at night i would hear a couple of owls. we had so many deer come through, one mama had scars on her body so i called her beauty, she even felt safe enough bringing her fawns, i would stand on the deck and talk to her....that was the best time of my life.....we also had a bear that came through the yard and we also had a cougar come through a few times....i love to watch your videos, so peaceful,,,,
Potatoes come from my country…Perú.. more than 4,000 varieties of potatoes are recognized from Peru. The best is the yellow potato. Like butter. It’s the most expensive and is smaller than other types, but really tasty.

@@MsLazor-nk1bc У каждого народа свои традиции, свои пищевые привычки. В России тоже не принято употреблять в пищу траву, за исключением салата и пряных трав. Достаточно плодов, овощей, фруктов. Не надо объедать животных. )) Не принято у нас употреблять в пищу лягушек, насекомых, незрелые фрукты, многие дикие травы, которые едят в других странах.

Очень жалко молодую женщину, которая постоянно выполняет такую тяжелую работу. Видно как ей трудно. От подъема тяжестей, наверное, болит спина. Надо уже сейчас обследоваться в больнице, потому что от такой работы образуются межпозвонковые грыжи в позвоночнике. Здоровье надо беречь.
My grandmother used to do this type of labor of love. Every summer when school is out for 3mos, my grandmother would teach us how to tend to the animals, make our own food, start a fire, pick vegetables/fruits, and to stick to a regiment schedule. She was a really strict and tough woman back in the 80s and 90s. Even tho I dont have a ranch like she did, I still remember those treasures she taught me.
