The Secret to a Crispier Crispy Kangkong | Indai Allyn

Today, I harvested my upland Kangkong that I planted last April. They are growing so fast and healthy, so it's time to harvest them.
I harvested and selling the rest.
So today, I bw cooking for dinner, Adobong Kangkong, Crispy Kangkong and Sinigang with Kangkong. I really hope you will enjoy this video and learn something😊.
For Crispy Kangkong, let me share some that you might be needed in the future.
Ingredients
Kangkong leaves
(For batter)
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup cornstarch
1 1/2 cup water
White or black pepper powder
Garlic powder
Onion powder (optional)
Salt to taste
Coat the leaves with flour and add ice to the batter before using, this will ensure your Kangkong will be crispier 😊.
