Milz easiest homemade Sourdough bread Loaf

Who doesn't like a nice fragrant of homemade fresh bread in the morning or anytime of the day! This is my favourite and easiest recipe to follow and to remember. My (63.522) bread you will love just like my family and others that I have been making the bread for in the past. This recipe will give you two large size loafs.
Ingredients
• 6 cups of all purpose or bread flour
• 3.5 cups of warm tap water
• 2 teaspoons instant dry yeast
• 2 teaspoons salt
Steps.
1. Add all the dry ingredients in a large bowl and mix well to combine
2. Add warm water and mix with a spatula to combine the dry ingredients and water until there's no more dry flour
3. Cover with a cling wrap spray with oil spray and leave it in a warm area to proof for up to 5 hours or more.
4. Prepare your baking dish or large size loaf pans by buttering the pans first then sprinkle flour on it.
5. Tap the pans down to remove excess flour
6. Divide the dough mixture in two equal portions and roll it to form a loaf by pressing down the edges with the tip of your fingers and cut few lines on top with a sharp knife.
7. If using a flat baking pan, make a divider using parchment paper.
8. Let the loafs sit for another 30 minutes and preheat your oven as well @ 170° celsius
9. Spray the top of your loafs with water then bake @ 170° for 30 minutes.
10. Add another small baking tin with hot water for steam during baking to have a nice soft and crunchy crust. (Optional)
11. Once it's cooked then leave it for few minutes before cutting it and serve with butter, jam or your favourite spread.
