Wet shaving with a single blade gets the closest because a single blade allows you to shave below the skin. That causes ingrown hairs, though, because it disturbs the hair follicle, and it'll start to grow through the skin in a different direction
Yeah, the obsession with "close shave" gives my skin a rash if it isn't wet, and apparently, you get ingrown hairs. The OneBlade might not be as close, maybe it's a tenth of a mm less or something, but I don't get a rash and you don't get ingrown hairs. It's the best for dry shaves, no question.
Thanks for the Accent Comment 😁. Hope you enjoy using the OneBlade. It has literally changed my shaving (after 55 years), easy to use, and more importantly no more ingrowing hairs.
Great review! Im looking for something to do the back of my neck as my skull shaver irritates it badly. It looks like this may be the solution, whats your thoughts? Thanks.
Thank you for the demonstration. I'm trying to find a good electric razor for me to use on my husband who has dementia. Not that I know anything about mens razors, but the OneBlade seems quick and gentle on the skin. However, do you think it would also be easy to use for me to shave my husband without cutting him!? A video of someone giving someone else a shave would be so helpful for me and others in a similar situation.
I can't begin to tell you how much this will benefit you both. So easy to use and no way that you will nick him with it. As well as being easy to use, it's quick also. I wish I was on commission for these as I tell everybody I meet (given the opportunity) how great it is and above all for me, no ingrowing hairs with it. I hope it helps you 👍
