Still keep in mind ALL DARK COLORED BUNDLES CANNOT LIFT THIS HIGH. Some hair just isn’t made to. Check the labels before purchasing if you intend to lighten hair. Some with even tell you their hair cannot go lighter than a #27

I was going to type this as well, this is achievable without a doubt on RAW INDIAN HAIR, and she even put it on the screen in bottom right corner that this is raw indian wavy hair.
