Hands down the best explanation on how to use GHS on the Internet. Congratulations Tony.

I've watched quite a few videos on GHS but I find that you explain it in a way that came across to me better than most of the others.

I agree with Jim. Having watched several videos about GHS since it was introduced over a year ago, I just found yours to make sense of it all, much more than any of the others (including one I’ve paid for!). I will need to re-watch the video again, maybe two or three times, but this may be the one that makes it all work for me. Thank you again for making it.

Thank you, I’m very happy this has helped! There’s nothing wrong with watching multiple times, that’s what it’s here for. We have all watched videos multiple times until we had something memorized. If you don’t mind me asking, what part of the process wasn’t making sense that my video helped with?

So far this has been one of the best vids on GHS that I have come across. Did you remove your stars before you started streaching. Also did you by chance use BTX or NXT prior?
@Hidden.Light.Photography
@Hidden.Light.Photography 25 дней назад
Thank you! Yes, I remove the stars prior to stretching in order to avoid over stretching the stars and/or DSO. I feel this gives me a better balance. I use BlurXterminator and NoiseXterminator prior to stretching. What do you currently do for stretching and what is your current workflow? Here is a link to my full workflow. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-LS3Gpx75hhU.htmlsi=wqLvmd0NIWUnVjRx

Excellent video: One point. - I notice during your presentation, you tend to use the word "this" rather than actually stating the control point which you are modifying. I think the repetitive use of the actual control point verbally will drive home the action more efffectively to the listener. It also helps the listener to maintain focus on the exact process area you are explaining. Keep up the good work.

Thank you for the feedback and advice, I never realized I was doing that! I listen to my videos before they post to make sure everything is good, but listening to this one now, I see what you mean. I will implement your advice in future videos.

Awesome tutorial! Thank you. Would you recommend using HDR MS Transform after recovering the white core with this tool?
@Hidden.Light.Photography
@Hidden.Light.Photography Месяц назад
Thank you! Great question and the answer is yes, in cases where you can still benefit from taking care of a bright area, I would still use HDR MS Transform. I go with either “to intensity” or “to lightness” depending on which one gives me the better results. I go over doing this in my next level workflow and I believe it’s around 54:28 (the video has chapter assigned) if you need any help with it. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-LS3Gpx75hhU.htmlsi=QgQZ694FWevmNWWT
