A really interesting concept that is working for you. You have obviously spent many hours of time and thought in this process. I have a questions as to the layout of the salon and the use of the resources that your team salon shares. How do you determine who works where? Do you rotate service stations? Most like consistency as to the space they work and store there tools and personal items. How and when does that change when a staff member wants to change. Can we have a part two. How a salon could implement that. Thank you for sharing!❤
