"If that was at all true, humanity would have better leadership." But next to no one knows anything-THAT explains why there are so few competent leaders. But it's a complicated issue. And yes, you're right, plenty of leaders gain power by strength of personality. I don't think of them as "great leaders." I see them as bad people with power. Sadly, almost anyone loud and violent enough will get people to follow them. But those people always lose long-term, because they can't really compete, they don't know what they're doing. The person who knows what to do will be the one people gravitate to for advice. But I'm not criticizing you, I love your feedback and I really appreciate you sharing it! Thank you!
