This project video might be one of our best video projects thus far! We started this vrbo cabin build pond project in 2022 in the late fall, we worked on it over the winter and spring, and now it is finally coming to completion! Join me for todays project episode as I do a complete lawn grading and preparation with my KIOTI NS6010 hst cab and my ABI attachment TR3 tractor rake. The builders did a rough grade on it with a skid steer and loader bucket, but the finish was pretty wavy and uneven and they were going to plant a new lawn on it like that! So I decided that I had to Re grade it all with my lights out combination of the KIOTI NS6010 and the ABI attachments TR3 tractor rake! There were several humps and valleys, low spots and very rough spots after thier skid steer rough grading that needed to be knocked down, removed and re graded. I really love that TR3 tractor rake and as you will see in this video it is a pretty amazing compact tractor attachment! After removing the sticks, roots and debris and cutting down 4 inches with the TR3 scarifiers, I will then do a final grade on the whole new lawn area, and what a difference after the tr3 did it's work!
