Needed so needed, people are PTSD or totally in shell shock from outer energies they take on, but never want too understanding self and our world around us! All, we are one, but many are disconnected in there own low ideeën of self and others!

I always believe lifting ones vibration is having gratitude. When one is grateful for life and all the lessons it gives. One cannot feel and be in victimhood. Because we are creators of our reality in every aspect. “ One persons trash, can be seen as another persons treasure.”
I loved hearing this reminder as to how to maintain a high vib. Mindfulness and meditation has been a constant companion for me for a along time. I am also giving more importance to creative pursuits; writing, painting, singing. Rather than hobbies and past times , these are actually essential for helping to keep our vibrations high and manifestations successful. Thank you Ben. 🌻🙏🏽
Very affirming video, a description of my current life, aspirations, and pursuits. I want to add the quality of courage to the mix, which you allude to here. Change is scary. It's much easier to coast along in a habitual manner, but senses can be come dull, thoughts repetitive. Learning to face fear is fundamental to growth. I discovered that when I feel afraid of moving forward, I can step back and imagine the same situation without the fear and it transforms my ability to continue with curiosity and bravery. What does it feel like to face the unknown without the crippling emotion of fear? This can be practiced and implemented and it makes change fun rather than just scary and hard. Is what I want to do worth overcoming the fear that holds me back? Yes.
This was really lovely but how can you do all these things when things are super tough. I really want to move as I know its what I need to do but it's hard to find somewhere else to live and I have animals too. Sorry to be a Debbie downer on such a positive video and I know other people have bigger problems than mine. I just really don't know how to help myself.
It is indigenous art for honoring the Spirit of Nature & to understand the whole world views "sacredness in all life matters" thru different eyes & beliefs... Seeing evil as the duality is empowering goodness & lack of it ..call it Love but love has actions ... empathy & compassion for all living things... The art is beautiful if you view the parts that make the whole working part it..not enough is seen in it..
