Man, I was excited about these from Matti showing them, but after watching your video I can't click "buy" fast enough. Love that you can edit length without cutting and love your heart man. Great stuff.
Dude! Your work and knowledge are just awesome! Thanks to Matti for introducing me to you! Instant sub and I bought Nostalgia 2! I would love to see you create one of the mogrt's from scratch!
Welcome aboard! And great idea for a video too... MOGRTs are actually a bit of a pain to make currently: hopefully they get more intuitive in the future.
@@GrantMFletcher I can imagine. Well, even how you create what you create (including the scripts, 'cause those are cool too!). So yeah, hoping just for anything AE or Premiere related. I'm sticking around!
absolutely. You can rotate certain graphics and obviously the titles themselves will work fine. I should look into make some stuff for vertical though.
Hi Grant, these are great, would you consider making a video on the process of making changes in After effect and save or export the files so they can just be loaded into premiere, as someone very new to premiere this video was very easy to follow, but I'm having a very hard time to get the changes (to the edit here files) I made in after effects to load and work, so maybe others are too
Hi! You can change text, font, colour & details in Premiere so i'm not sure why you would need After Effects. If you want to avoid making the same fundamental changes to the look for each project I would personally save a template Premiere project file to save you time. I do this even just for my folder structure and my audio settings instead of starting from scratch every time. Other than that you can drag compositions from AE into Premiere or export from AE as normal. You might be asking about the process of creating a MOGRT which I might indeed do a tutorial on in the future but there are lots of great ones out there already. Really hope that helps!
I've been researching it and the answer is not really. There are a few things that can be moved over but for the most part you just end up designing the whole thing from scratch. And even then you don't end up with nearly the same functionality. Da Vinci have a lot of catching up to do when it comes to MOGRTs and such.
Hey Grant Quick question here. I bought Scando a few months ago and the editing process is very painful. Unfortunately, premiere becomes so slow when I add Scando template to my timeline. Is there any advice on how to use scando without making my project lag this much? Also, What is the minimum laptop power you would recommend to use Mogurt in premiere?
Sorry to hear you've been having issues! First off, the new Premiere update promises MOGRTs will work up to 2x faster using multi-frame rendering: have you tried the new update? With that news having more RAM is always useful: 32GB or more helps.
No you don’t! No need to have After Effects installed just Premiere. All the fonts come with any creative cloud subscription too. 🙌🏻 The only time you need AE installed to use a MOGRT is when there is a C4D comp, in other words 3D text, but there isn’t any in this product. 😉
