Bonefire actually works on everyone, not just allies. You can be a nice person and set one up near Heidel storage manager so people doing processing can regen a bit of energy

There is a weekly quest from fughar on a season character that requires you to tame a wild horse. In exchange you get 3 potions, each a 10 hours buff, and it also has +1 energy recovery on them among other great life skill buffs

All around the new land of the Morning Light, there's maps online to check out if you need but not guaranteed you'll find one instantly on busier channels. Took me a while but you could look up the herb on bdocodex
