The poi mercedes is probably one of the most popular and ubiquitous poi hybrids out there and in this tutorial on these intermediate poi tricks I'm going to guide you through the steps to really nail it down. The mercedes is a poi triquetra vs extension hybrid that's going to require you to be pretty comfortable both with your poi triquetra as well as knowing how to do polyrhythm hybrids. I'll drill down my best techniques for putting together these poi tricks in some ways that might seem a little outside the box but will help you master the tricky timing and intricate shifting of poi planes that make these poi spinning tricks possible!
