OK, Have to comment: I ABSOLUTELY ADORE EVERYTHING ABOUT YOUR VIDEOS WITH SLEEP STORIES ! What is most special is the fact that the impossible becomes possible, where you expect to be stunted or limited, in your stories there are no limitations and this alone is liberating and freeing, releasing and calming. Magic abounds and this is like a renaissance for the soul! Yes please! The music and sounds are perfect as are the pauses to allow one to integrate the story and not feel too alert...this is necessary. Your voice is perfect. And I love that they are long, my anxiety needs lots of time and imagination before winding down. The only problem I had this morning at 4;30 when I couldn't fall back to sleep and so listened to this new "Tropical" story, was that I was so enthralled and enchanted by the birds that I became more engrossed rather than sleepy.....I smiled with great pleasure so sleep became obsolete. I cannot thank you enough for these, what an inspiration. Will buy you a tea one day.

Thank you so much for these kind words. I am really happy that these stories have resonated with you. I try to incorporate a little bit of magic into all of them, and make sure that people know there are no limits for themselves in these stories, so I am glad that you appreciate that! Yes, I can understand that sometimes the stories can be quite stimulating and interactive, but I hope that either way you are able to lose yourself in the moment; whether by falling asleep, or by being immersed in what is happening that you find a new relaxation and escape from anxious thoughts. Do you have any particular stories or themes that you connect with that I could perhaps have a go at putting together a sleep story version of in the future? For example, I have some Harry Potter themed stories, and I am currently writing a Lord of the Rings one - or maybe you like magical forests / boat rides / sandy beaches? :) You are very kind, and I really appreciate the support! I hope that you continue to enjoy future stories

@@SleepyCatMeditations maybe I should not have said "problem" because there aren't any, I was more than happy to be awake yet enchanted, that is always good too. Yes, I have ideas, aside from H.P. which I do love, LOTR Rivendell, the High Elven beings there, detailing the beauty of their gardens and homes, some stories with magic of the power of good being triumphant at all times, would be empowering, I'd sleep with a huge smile on my face. Yes magical forests, talking mushrooms that light up with inner light and wisdom, insects that are pretty and wise, flowers and plants that know your ailments and approach you and tell you to use them to heal you, lolol, more friendly animals. I LOVED the rabbit that ran along the bank then jumped into the persons lap on the giant eagle! Could not sleep after that excitement, but I totally loved it. Thanks for asking for ideas. I have subbed, will listen over and over again to the stories already up and look forward to many more. Many magical blessings to you!

What a brilliant imagination you have! :) Yes, I love to incorporate animals too (hence the channel name😺), it might not be in every track, but it'll definitely be a common occurrence in many of my stories for sure :) Hope you have a wonderful day xx

Suggestions: •Maybe a story spending time with hermione Granger or something •New suggestion mabye a disney story. Such as, Aladdin, or Yah. So.hope this helps

@@SleepyCatMeditations I put your page on Facebook and I’ve told all of my friends and family so they can have a good nights sleep too. This is about the only story that I didn’t fall asleep right away because I kept wanting to hear more about it lol. I would love to hear and made up story about finding a treehouse in the middle of a spot somewhere and also one about snowflakes. I live in GeorgiaAnd was originally from Pennsylvania and when it snowed in the winter and you were in the woods you could hear the snowflakes touching the ground. It was magical and I feel sorry for anyone that has missed that so far.

Thank you Karen! Yes from a personal experience I have found tensing *all* the body at once can cause a bit of pain in certain areas for me, so I prefer to isolate muscle groups, and that way people can avoid any areas that have chronic pain etc :) Glad you enjoyed! Xxx

I'm sorry to hear that Christine! This was one of my very early tracks, and I think my audio mixing has improved since then. Perhaps it's worth trying one of my newer stories? Hopefully the balance is a little better for you. I'll bear it in mind for future stories xxx
