Born and raised in sikhi . Punjabi my mother tongue. I have always believed that I am proud to be a sikh . But that's just a facade. Inside I am have deep void Past 10 yeras of anxiety , poor body inage and Nanak naam has helped me to realise that I am priceless amd must input my energy to be constructive.
I totally agree with your statement that we are trying to be complete. One day I was feeling dissatisfied and went to go matha tek at Gurdwara and looked up to see a poster with a gurbani pangti, it said, "Bina Santokh nahi ko raje". So my life goal is to be in santokh, and listening to your videos helps a lot in understanding what Santokh is.

This was an eye opening session which helped answer a lot of questions in my mind and helped give some clarity about why I am not able to connect religiously but I seek spirituality and I do not have to feel guilty about it

Waheguru The words that came to your question early on, why to thrive, were: Looking for god in the wrong direction hence no quench to the thirst-like food with no nourishment; running from death and trying to cling from life, which goes back to survival disguised. A cow eats grass all day because there is very little nourishment there… Sometimes I think that religion misses is the ability to ask the right questions. Ultimately, Ji, the gurus and yourself…are the midwives to this process. It has to be ignited within us but with the right understanding. Thank you for this video ❤️
Anyone who is on the spiritual path is a student (=sikh)(sikh in Sanskrit means student and in Punjabi it means ‘to learn something’). So once you are a student you are automatically a Sikh 🙏🏻
Yes once again I would like to share with you(Nanak Nam) I went to one guruma and she said I should meditate I will be with you when I am sitting for meditation, my sister was with me and she asked me to take a deep breath , so I did take a deep breath and then my something from my a connection…. I can’t understand a vein or pulmonary vein or something got disconnected and since then I feel it’s moving continuously giving me discomfort went everywhere for help ..n in help , now I am remain discomfort moving all the time what happened to me
The choice test was a challenge to not devide. I with red/blue= color Coffee/ tea=drink Cat/ dog= animal Isn't this a way of accepting, not deciding life into dual thinking? Of course, I have preferences, but I can teach myself to see and experience the whole? I may have replied to soon. I THOUGHT I understood lol
Wahe Guru 🙏 🌺 ❤. What you are referring to is there in the form of Karma Yog, Bhakti Yog, Raja Yog, and Jnana Yog. It was and is a part of all Eastern Traditions (Unfortunately people have forgotten them).
@@GURBANIKATHA6766 : It has nothing to do with those tags.. It is the wisdom of our rishis. Rishis don't come under any of those tags. Sant Kabir is also a Rishi...So is Sant Namdeo... Let's not get into those tag stuff.
@@shankarprasad1977 There are daily attacks on Sikh institutions, Sikh Beliefs, Sikh philosophy & Sikhs by mainstream media & certain wings of RSS. What they are trying to do is to destroy Sikhism by branding it as a branch of Hinduism (Brahminism) & absorbing it into the alkaline sea of Brahminism just like they did to Buddhism after declaring Gautam Buddha as the 9th avatar of Vishnu. Also they have done it silently to Jainism in the last 10 years at an unprecedented pace. Any one who opposes it is branded as a radical or an anti national. Putting argument for your religion against Brahminism is being anti national these days
@@shankarprasad1977 “ Enlightened” like Nanak, Kabir, Farid, Ravidas, Namdeo ji, not “Rishi’s”. Rishi is has written a “Manusimrti” which became a curse for last thousands of years for 85% citizens of India and look at state of affairs in that country. On an old video on marriage I channeled wisdom to help us all. So I shared this response: When that first child is born, it would have made me fall in love with my husband all over again if he just knew I needed him to bring the love of our guru, our God into our family through prayers and meditation. Especially during moments of breastfeeding. The sensations of profound Godly unconditional love are ever so present during breastfeeding. New mom’s need their partners to share truthful Guru guidance. Without this relationship love fades. Being new parents we were not knowledgeable of this. ❤
