This video was very informative, one quick question tho. First of all english isn't my first language, so please excuse my grammar. You guys said something about style and being a "chameleon". I'd like to ask how do you adapt to a project's style more efficiently? I used to be an animation student and even took training in a animation studio. We got outsourced animation work from other countries, I was in that studio for about 2 months. I was in the Digital Ink & Paint Department and then got moved to the Background Department, where I painted backgrounds for an animated show. The problem is, it was so hard for me to adapt to another painting/drawing style. I was basically "winging" it throughout the duration of my training. I'd love to go back and work in to the animation industry, but unfortunately I feel my skills are still lacking to be able to work professionally in the field. Any tips or advice you can share to help aid me in my problem? Thanks in advance btw, and keep posting more of these videos! :)
