Omg Shaman Durek you are describing my life! I've spent the last 2 months in meditation listening to understand what the hell is going on with my body. I pray to keep implementing these spiritual principals you're speaking about because damn...it's like totally reprogramming myself every day. I'm so grateful you're speaking on this because I have been hearing this within myself but none of the Drs I'm going to for help get it in the least. And that level of "help" is actually kinda useless because it just promotes more fear and anxiety for me. Thank you!! ❤❤❤

I saw a being once in the spirit realm and it was throwing up, I thought to myself stop doing that, and his friend looked at me slightly defensively and told me telepathically that how he is. He is spot on!!!!❤❤❤ From a extremely young age I've always been able to see the future and people dont understand it and i was able to see in this teacher house i hadn't met and when i did meet this teacherr i told her how the inside of her home looked and seen her worried about her baby girl. She asked me how did i know and went on to tell me her 3 monther old daughter have sickle cell.

Down with most of this, but when I heard "we came into this "reality" to bring the darkness back into the light" it didn't resonate. I think we came here to be challenged by the darkness, abused and deceived by the darkness perhaps, and to learn to seek and carry the Light. Because the Light overcomes and eliminates the darkness just by its presence, it cannot co-exist with the Light of Heaven in the true reality of the spiritual realm.
