In my time ive stayed at quite a few resorts all over the world- and not bothered if i visit them again or not. I wasnt expecting anything different from Hyatt Ziva. I visited Hyatt Ziva in 2023 and went back in May 2024 and am definitely going back in 2025- it's unique location, the delicious food and variety- im fussy, the level of cleanliness and one of biggest reasons being the staff. The staff are amazing. Its like one big family- main aim being to make sure we have the best stay possible- no stone is left unturned for this. Marcello,Sofia, all the staff in the coffee shop, all the restaurants and bars and last but not least the entertainment team- namely Camillo, Danielle,Ricardo and host of others. You can do as much or as little as you wish. I cant wait to go again- no way am i going anywhere else for a holiday. Love Hyatt Ziva ❤❤😂😂
Some time ago, we had the pleasure of staying at Hyatt Ziva in Cancun and it was truly an incredible experience. I completely agree that Hyatt Ziva deserves its recognition.
Cancun remains my top destination, and I'm thrilled at the prospect of returning. During our stay at the Hyatt Ziva last summer, we were impressed by the plethora of activities available for both children and adults. The beach was pristine, free of seaweed. I highly recommend it.😍

Planning a trip for my birthday in October and this was refreshing to watch. I watched another video of a family who went about 4 month ago and they apparently had a terrible time but I felt the video was slightly biased so I’m glad to see the positives from this place in another video. Me and my wife have been leaning towards this place or another spot we looked up in punta cana but I’m think this will ultimately be the spot we choose. Great video thank you!

Going to this place in oct for 9 days, been to a ton of places in the world so hope it's great. The adults only looks cool, we take our daughter everywhere and she's been to more countries than most people will ever see in an entire lifetime and she's not even 5 lol.
We have been there two weeks ago because we followed this amazing video. It's so right what she said about that resort. Almost everything there is perfect (except the steakhouse and Mexican restaurants). That company booked us a cheap price for the accommodation only for the Hyatt Ziva cancun, usually we book through Costco Travel but we tried Travelingos that time and everything was smooth for better price than other platforms we were looking at.

Does the all-inclusive package cover premium liquor or mainly house brands? Did they provide opportunities to book activities such as jet skis, ATVs, etc.?
I have a question about the beach. Are there umbrellas or any form of shade available? All I can see are a few scattered palm trees. We enjoy spending part of our day on the beach but definitely require some shade. This resort looks fantastic!
Pools are stunning, food is stunning , view is amazing , how about water for swimming , I have bad experience when ocean is raging , waves are high and strong ………… I don’t like to waist my money , time to soak in swimming pools … could you pls to make sure more about ocean water ……… and I’m ready to go

Hi- Im hoping you see this and can answer for me- I've watched other vids of this resort that were uploaded 5 months ago and the beach doesn't look the same as your vid. The water is dark and didn't look swimmable at all.
