No they are usually between supply and demand zones

Your LTA areas have high volume, you said. "High volume" normally means high traffic, metaphorically speaking. In other words, I think that term should probably be improved.

I think “traffic” means slow just like traffic in the streets. So when he says LTA, it means that there is no traffic, price is moving smoothly and has some volatility because of low traffic. If there is high traffic, price is ranging and has no clear direction on where to go.
