I finally got my hands on samples for the pe science proteins and I was extremely skeptical of buying a big jar of protein powder to try another protein brand. I have tried so many bad tasting proteins and the only ones I did like came from Greg and a brand on Amazon however cooking with them gave me mixed results and that is how I consume most of my protein. I tried the samples of the cookie and cream with lactaid milk last night and i honest to god fell in love it wasn't even mixed properly it tasted so good that I'm switching completely to pe science and i can't wait to make ice cream with it

This video made me buy the Ninja Creami and I just made my first pint. Bro wtf that shit is too good!!! I didn’t have all the same ingredients so I just made my own Chocolate Cookies and Cream recipe and it came out really tasty and since it was all low calorie/high protein ingredients I didn’t feel any sort of guiltyness devouring almost the whole thing (shared some with my brother and he is now on board too 😂). I will be using your exact recipe as soon as I can get the exact ingredients/appliances (have the immersion blender coming in tomorrow too) but I can ALREADY tell the creami was money well spent. I have lost 50+ lbs since April 2022 with a mixture of eating healthier, weightlifting and Intermittent fasting but I had been taking it a lil easier during the summer even only working out 1-2 times a week but I planned to get back on the gym grind heavy when it started getting colder so this is really gonna hit the spot as my replacement for a post workout protein shake. One of the main reasons I chose to lose weight was because I had put on so much weight during the pandemic from eating so much Häagen-Dazs Ice cream almost every night (majority of that being Cookies and Cream flavored😂), well that among other things. Anyway sorry for the wall of text but thanks for putting me on and I’ll be catching up on your older vids and keeping up with new videos from now on. You got some super dope content tho keep it up 👍.

Just made this. For an Oreo protein ice cream 10/10. I wasn’t LOVING the Oreo protein powder flavor- something about it was super artificial, but the consistency by following the 8 steps to a T? PERFECTION!! For some reason I calculate 39g protein and not 49 per pint but whatever. It’s still awesome to never have to buy halo top again 😝

I bet the soaked/frozen oreos placement would also work for nilla wafers being added to banana pudding ice cream.

great video, i didnt know black coco powder was a thing and was the essence of oreos. as for the mixin, couldnt you breakup the oreos yourself and physically stir them in with a spoon instead of using a mixin and doing the milk dip trick?

Bought the Cremi Deluxe yesterday and this was the first recipe I tried, still have to wait another 12h for it to freeze. But I think I did something wrong, I don't have an immersion blender so I used a Vitamix instead to mix the ingredients, but it doubled in volume, from the video it yours doesn't seem to increase in volume.

Is there a version of this without protein powder? I’m able to hit my protein goals without protein powder and would like to make the Oreo creami just as an ice cream while keeping the calorie count down.

For some reason the PEscience cookies n cream protein smells sour to me and messes with my stomach. I tried different pouches with the same results. Has anyone else experienced this, and do you know if Ghost (or other whey protein powder) cookies n cream has the same issue for you?

Does adding black cocoa powder to the base really do much? Personally I don’t taste much difference, and it makes the resulting cream an unappealing gray color, in contrast to real cookies and cream, which has a white cream base.

Great recipe. I'd say for those of you with a sweet tooth and/or a dark chocolate fetish, double the erythritol and cocoa powder and it'll be perfect. All a matter of taste. Great one nick.

why not just put the Oreos in the pint when its wet in the freezer it'll soften up and then when you spin it it'll mix throughout the pint and be soft

I read you can freeze ice cream mixture flat in a zip lock bag, and then crumble it into a food processor to 'cream it up". trying to avoid buying another 1-prupose device :)
