A whisper? Like an actual whisper? … sorry to ask. I had a similar experience at 7mo too, which caught my attention. I was sleeping and someone shout my name (the baby’s name as me).
I’m not Jewish but I’ve been studying Judaism and I find it fascinating. It resonates in my soul and one day I’d love to covert to Judaism. I have so much to learn and I’ve only scratched the surface. I am a black American woman and I’ve grown up in non denominational Christian churches. Converting to Judaism will be a very big thing that I’m sure my family and friends would never understand, however, I feel like I’ve been called to convert. I want to turn to HaShem and give my life to the most high. I thank you Rabbi for these videos. You and your staff have been very instrumental in my learning and understanding of the Torah and other important works and concepts of Judaism. I will continue to watch your videos, read, and absorb all that I’ve learned.
I changed my name when I returned to my roots of Judaism. Due to the Inquisition of Spain, my parents never told me about the Jewish people or that they were Jewish. But HaShem called me to return 35 years ago. He showed me the Tabernacle in the desert and brought me in and showed me the tetragrammaton of the four letters inside the Tabernacle. That happened 46 years ago, but it took me 35 years to find the meaning of the revelation. My family were Catholic, by force, but HaShem, blessed is He, knows His people. We are part of HIM! Now I know who I am and where I came from . This name Rut has a lot of meaning. I consider myself to be like Ruth, who from idolatrous nation came to the Jewish people by love and made her roots there.
Baruch Hashem!!!💚💚💚😊 I pray that you will prosper in everything you do and the Almighty will open your eyes and heart to your brothers to love them and even help more of them return from the abominable RCC.
My name is also Ruth, also a proud covert, baruch HaShem! Felt drawn to Torah at 8 years old. I asked my dad if my destiny was to marry a man named Boaz 😂 turns out, my path was to G-d’s people.
When I hear Hebrew Torah in Hebrew I can physically see blue and red. When I see Hebrew letters I can't begin to explain how it heals me. It's amazing. Yes this is true.
Am not Jewish but I find your teaching very insightful and thought provoking. It's interesting how much the name matters, It's interesting how, a good deed, prayer and charity is a common denominator in all religions. Thank you
This is a very valuable reproof! Thank You for the timely correction. I feel impelled to make a public apology for my most recent behavior, and to refrain from speaking ill of another regardless of its validity.
"Letters are the structure of the world" you say "The WORD was made FLESH and dwelt among us" This is the Christian belief, thank you for this confirmation. I have so enjoyed this presentation , God Bless you!
I hoped my grandchildren would have names connected to the bible as my children do not have much faith The names they chose were like a miracle to meJoshua ,Reuben,Benjamin, Samuel ,Lois& Naomi as No of these names were in our family Praise be to God &bless these 6 grandchildren
I was led to look up the meaning of my name in Hebrew several years ago and it means victory. The funny thing is my husband's name means crown. So together it makes victory crown.
When my boys were born, we didn’t have names picked out for them and it took us some time to name them. Friends and family kept trying to get us to hurry, as it was taking us a while to choose. (6-8weeks 🥴) Quin, Zane and True, are the names that we finally chose, and I am so glad that we waited to confirm in our heart! ❤️
I have had my kids names picked out since i was a kid lol logan alexander , lillyona rose so it looks like lilly on a rose she will be teased lol 😁 and olivia Marie the only one i haven't gotten yet is my son we are getting little to old now so if we got pregnant it would take a massive toll on us since i started having seizures about 10yrs ago but if God wants us to have another child then i will have one i hope it wouldn't be a girl im out of names lol so i might be in ur situation
I put the name Abraham for my son,s name, because Abraham was the friend of God, second, based on his struggles in his life, he stood with God, God himself bless him and he is top prophet and all three world religions in the world believe in him. He is father figure in all 3 religions. I loved his character, and my beloved grandfather,s name was Abraham who was very devout Muslim and very charitable person. God bless his soul.
After a divorce of the second abusive husband, I asked Hashem what do you call me? All my names before were given to me by abusers. This name is the one he gave me! I found out my old name meant widowed twice... My new name keeps revealing more and more.... I love my name and I am complimented and find favor each time!
This is amazing bc a couple yrs ago God showed me in the Spirit to look into my name meaning 🙌 🙏 ❤️ and that my name means my purpose just like the names in the books of the Bible/Torah

People have no idea how very valuable and how beneficial it is when we have to face hard times, and difficulties. They say thank god for the good things and good times but they never once say thank you for the hardships. It is when we are faced with hard times, difficulties, and we have to fight, struggle and endure that we are given a gift. That gift in the form of a possibility, a chance to grow, learn, and make a decision. It’s in the aftermath of having gotten thru that hardship, the one we never thought we could, managed something we never thought that we had the strength to, that we have that option. If we realize what a gift we have been given, and realize that we have learned something about our selfs that we really didn’t know.. The knowledge That we were so much more resilient and stronger than we previously would have though. We had what was needed, even if we didn’t believe it before. If we CHOOSE to see that as the blessing it actually is. And then if we CHOOSE to use it to grow, and then try to find that we can use what we experienced to help other people in some way, then it becomes a stepping stone that elevates you to a whole new world of chances. So that’s why we should be twice grateful for those hard times.
Such a timely word , thank you so much Rabbi, I'm in the very same situation you've just explained happening in my life. This message was just tailored made for me. Baruch Hashem.
It is interesting how many world known personalities sometimes rename themselves, as if the name is a token for the experience or attract different transformational things.

My name is Bethany, which is derived from a Hebrew Biblical term. It seems to translate literally to 'house of figs' but surely there is more meaning to my name than just fruit 😅

Reading me Bible about this studying this last days is helping me yes I am a sinner saved by God's great mercy his grate grace. I can not live righteous without his Spirit leading me. I don't care about the things of this world. I see it and pray God protect me. Because he had taught me to be in this world but not of it. I want to be ready to get called up to him. I want to please God and stay true to what he made of my life. My Mother named me when she was 7 years old...That is by her spoken testimoney. She always testafied this to church and all her friends in life. I am a walking miracle and part of her legacy. God put me here to be a good example of his purpose and will. That is exactly what and who I am. A Proverbs 31 a spirit filled Queen in his kingdome. If not for him I would not be here. I had a 50/50 chance at living beyond the incubater in the only hospital in Post Texas in November of 1970. There were 2 baby girls born both suffered breathing difficulties. Myself and an unknown baby girl. Who was taken out of her incubater and died. It could have been me. But God had a purpose for me in life... I am living that purpose because he loves me. He isn't done with me yet. My name is Ginger Primrose Ginger means healing and the name Primrose means Promise. I am a healing soothing promise from God. Your Spirit it comes from your soul your energy.
Very grateful for Rabbi Alon Anava, I pray God blesses him physically, spiritually and in abundance. He has simplified the Torah, so much so, that even children can understand him. A sign of an amazing teacher, I pray many more can come to know him. While there are many things people can fake, Authenticity is not one of them, you really can't fake it and Rabbi Alon Anava is very genuine! It is a blessing to be able to hear him speak. He deserve everything wonderful. God Bless!

My name is Dennis Patrick Tate... and we Irish think that we are partly descended from the Tribe of Dan..... Orthodox Jewish scholar and historian Mr. Yair Davidiy presents a powerful case for this........ and I personally find his writings truly moving.......
... I grew up listening to the Irish songs of Rebellion made famous by The Clancy Brothers and Tommy Makem and then I was kind of mortified when I found out that my own last name was actually....... .well............. you guessed it???????
Hello Rabbi, my first name is Darlene ( Old English - darling, dearly beloved). I know in Hebrew, D, is dalet (door - she who has nothing of her own). I have very little in the material sense. However, God has blessed me with intelligence, empathy, and a spiritual awareness that is the basis for my existence. I am still trying to understand what The Almighty wants from me.
