The Seiko SUR525P1: Where style meets precision 

I don’t really know. But often the character after the reference number stands for the place were it is produced. J1 stands for Japan. So this could be made in Philippines.

Here it is also around the 180 € mark. Quality is quite decent. But for a quartz movement I wouldn’t consider this watch as cheap.
