Gen X (the younger ones cause the ones that are close to the age of baby boomers) had the most talent and potential amd after that the millennials, however considering how the world was handed to us and how rigged it was made by boomers to keep them in power no matter is nearly impossible to fix it, not peacefully at least.

He’s so wrong Wrong wrong my baby boomer father traveled the world making a difference Participated in the cleanup of hurricane Andrew, Was part of the leadership for operation Restore Hope and the battle of Mogadishu, attended peace talks And unselfishly gave his life for his country As a Gen x I’ve travel the world with my Gen z children , our society is progressing however other cultures are progressing more harmoniously than our culture . Things are so bad in America that millions per year risk their lives to get here. I am a boomer who spent some time in the ‘90s listening to some Gen X coworkers expressing their Gen X angst and all I could think about was that all of us (including the Xers) were working in a nice office doing interesting work, nobody was starving, nobody was being shot at and we were a being paid very well.

Gen X were taught to think for ourselves, we were taught values, we were taught to self reflect and to self restrain. We were taught that if we wanted to know something don't rely on anything other than the facts. We were taught how to defend ourselves in every aspect of life and how to prevent ourselves from being taken advantage of by others. There's a reason why we're the smallest generation, we took out all of the weak ones! We have never been the lost generation!

While it's true that Gen X had the most and best potential (no one disputing that) the way the boomers made the world AND rigged it to keep them in power makes it impossible for any next generations to NOT be lost. Only a certain number of people from Gen X managed to occupy positions they needed to survive while most boomers have kept their positions, refusing to let the next generations to move up. It's like being in a burning building and the only way to escape is to climb a ladder and while the boomers climbing the ladder along with few Gen X people when the last gone up broke and took up the ladder.
