The Selling Side | Fixing Broken Game Discs | How to fix discs & what machine to buy? 

Honestly... how many times have you been testing games, and you pop a game in... and get trapped into the logos delicate sweet embrace of music and visuals. You then say to yourself “yea.. I’ll play this game just for a minute”... And BOOM! Your suddenly knee deep in level three with an open bag of chips and soda pop fizzing over next to you as you yell “aghhhhhhhhhh......”.

It's good that you let people know that every untested game bought for resale doesn't always work. Also that you can't always bring them back. It can really hurt your profit, especially when you spend more for better titles. I once spent $50.00 for 3 Gamecube Mario Karts and thought I was going to triple my money and then nothing worked.

Hey I have this machine and whenever I resurface any type of disc on any type of setting I get faint swirl marks on the disc. I replaced all of the pads, but it still happens on brand new pads. Does your machine do the same thing where you get faint swirl marks or is there something wrong on my end. The discs still play perfectly fine but it kind of bugs me seeing the swirl marks on the discs as a collector lol. Any help would be appreciated!

I love this machine! I have one myself and it's been a life saver on some badly scratched discs.

This is definitely a good deal, especially saving the 3.99/ disk that my local family video charges!

Family video usually cleans my games for me but then again I don't buy in your volume lol. That machine is great, dare I ask what it cost both initially and average per disc?

Coming from someone who has a JFJ Easy Pro, I also recommend the machine for those who are just starting with resurfacing\buffing discs. I've had a high success rate with PS1-PS3, X-Box - Xbox 360 and even gamecube games. Nothing is a better feeling that fixing a copy of Super Smash Bros Melee or Mario Kart: Double Dash that was bought from a garage sale.

been definitely considering a rig like this for a while I got stacks of disc needing refurbishing but been putting it off with the jfj I love the machine buts its minimum like 5 minutes a disc for a good fixing like you said its great for part time or collecting but since I'm no longer part time my disc needing it have sky rocketed maybe one day I might stop being so cheap and get one but until then jfj all the way lol great video!

Im so happy to see you have a video on this machine chase! I literally just ordered the same unit, they have refurbished ones in stock and I made the investment. The jfj just doesn't cut it when youve got a stack of games to go through, plus I want that mirror like brand new finish. If I ever have any questions about using it can I reach out to you?
