Total disaster, why do you even bring it up?

The sperm doesn't just go straight from the balls to be ejaculated when you orgasm. Foregoing the specific medical terminology, it travels from a storage location, where it would otherwise be absorbed by the body if not used, and is mixed with other secreted fluids to create semen during the process of arousal and mating/masturbating. This is why the longer you edge for, the larger volume of semen you ejaculate generally. On the other hand, if you don't ejaculate, that produced semen is not retained or reabsorbed: you will piss it out the next time you urinate, which can be observed as the urine producing thick foam when falling into the toilet water. So to retain semen it's not enough to just abstain from orgasm or even from masturbation, because as soon as you are aroused you begin to create semen to be either be ejaculated or otherwise expelled from the body. As the other comment rightly and glibly points out, edging is a total disaster, creating semen to be pissed away without even the bliss and catharsis of orgasm. But it's good that you brought it up because now you, and others reading, are more knowledgeable. Now you know that abstaining from inappropriate arousal, be it from sexually charged media, provocations of the opposite sex, or internally perpetuated sexual fantasies, are also detrimental.
