You are inspiring. I respect your ideas but I have a contradiction about the on-site job. My point is that nowadays, RU-vidrs have thousands of subscribers reflecting that they can teach and lead without physical appearance. They can save 2-3 hours if they don't have to travel daily to reach their workspace. And tell me if I am wrong "Devsinc" is dealing with international clients remotely!

How does this guy expect the world to take him seriously if he talks like this? 1:4 pyramid is too heavy and not in line with general industry practice. “We are old school”, just making a fool of people. Remote leaders concept has been around since 2000 and it works. Travelling is expensive, client want to spend on product not logistics. “We work on everything”, that’s a statement made by people who don’t have a vision, strategy and focus. He just casually throws words like python, AI, Machine learning etc. does not talk about any credible note worthy work they have done. His company is a body shop, a recruitment company who supplied people. I will be surprised if he has more than 100 full time employees on his companies payroll.
